Describe employee's major duties and job responsibilities:
1. Line expert in sustaining and maintaining overall wafer process including
Electrochemical process (Cu layer), Electro less (NiMOP and Palladium)
Deposition processes and Lithography process (Coat, ExpoSe and Develop).
2. Performing troubleshooting for any process/ parameter failure at Ancolyzer/
Analyzer such as parameter (Ni, Ni Reducer, Molybdenum, Hypophosphate,
Orthophosphate, pH, Reducer, Stabilizer, Au, Pd, Reducer and Complexer)
and to ensure all parameter always in specification.
3. Sustain and maintain all chemical supply for the ECD tool such as Analytical,
Replenishment and support chemical from center supply. (Acid, alkaline,
reducer, stabilizer and all the reagent)
4. Troubleshoot out of control situations and decision making on lots and
tools disposition according to OCAP (out of control action plan)
5. Execute decision and disposition on lots or tools that need to release
(Anko verification) after having problem or schedule activities.
6. Participate in improvement proiecb including productivity improvement,
process improvement and quality improvement. (sustaining bath life)
7. Liaise with Warehouse and Shipping Department to ensure safe and
secure transition and storage of materials incoming and outgoing of ECD center
8. Audit quality of incoming materials to ECD center to ensure constant
specification adherence

9. Audit housekeeping practices, review and propose improvements to
housekeeping/safety rules and practices in order to create a safe, clean and
tidy working environment.
10. Training all new ECD Operation Specialists in term of process and defect
that they need to practise in daily job.

evaluation lot or qualification tool.

3. Assist researcher on Nuclear power proiect material by tests such as
Weld Examination, Case Depth, Decarburization Measurement, Coating/Plating
Evaluation, Surface Evaluation and/ or Grain Size Determination and studying
on lab testing in term of erosion, corrosion and material strength.
4. Cooperate with DOSH forensics on investigating lndustrialAccident
reported at plant workstation involving death case by focusing on material
failure.
5. Cooperate with Local University in developing new material using nano
technology.
6. Gooperate with Local Gompany which manufactures the protection
material such as coating material, corrosion reducing material- anode for oil and
gas company.
