RIVERLAND HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH APRIL Issue 2009 Volume 38 Number 4 insight “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! That one statement explains why RHBC has been (and is) such a special congregation. From inception, the vision to make a spiritual difference in the lives of people, especially children and youth, has been a priority! Dr. Ed Carney Growth has been a hallmark in the history of our church. “We set records this year!” Rev. Tim Hawkins said of our first few months of 2009. What an investment! Those numbers represent “eternities” and are only a fragment of the entire story. We could close our facility down today and thousands would still be together in heaven forever because of this congregation. “ Nothing gives such a grand return for the time, energy and money like an investment in the Kingdom of God. God has honored and will continue to honor the dreams and prayers of RHBC. There are some wonderful rewards waiting for all who made Our confidence is this: and are making the sacrifice to be a blessing. “He who began a good work in We continue to bloom where we are planted! you will carry it In April, we will open another chapter in the on to completion miracles that God has performed in front of our until the day of eyes. We will come together to give heaven a Christ Jesus.” new facility for His use. We’ll be together to celebrate a new dedication on April 19 at 6 p.m. (Philippians 1:6) See you there.
