'Favourite House' by Country Life Magazine is one of the UK’s most
romantic venues.
World famous as the setting for the BAFTA award winning movie based on
Jane Austen's classic novel, 'Pride and Prejudice', featuring Keira Knightly.
This historic 17th Century moated Manor House, estate and gardens is a perfect
and ideal setting for your special day and provides a choice of stunning venues
for all styles of wedding, from intimate gatherings to larger bespoke celebrations.
Secluded and surrounded by unique, walled gardens and woodlands, we offer
unforgettable moments for you and your guests.

THE BARONIAL HALL
Wedding Ceremonies are held in the Baronial Hall. Its high
beamed ceiling, heraldic stained glass and Minstrels Gallery
create a timeless and magical atmosphere. This exquisite
hall seats up to 100 people and leads to a pretty private
cobbled courtyard.

THE MARQUEE LAWN
The Marquee Lawn and surrounding
woodland overlooks the beautiful
Manor House and gardens, offering
uninterrupted views of the beautiful
Kent countryside. Our Marquee can
accomodate up to 300 guests. Here
we can offer the possibility of
formal dining as well as summer
barbeques, gourmet picnics and hog
roasts... A wonderful space to
entertain your guests.

THE ORCHARD HALL
The Orchard Hall seats up to 120 for
a more relaxed style fine dining.
This is a light airy room with two
large private terraces - often
frequented by friendly peacocks.
Adjacent to our stunning botanical
gardens which are alive with
interest all year round with carpets
of snowdrops, a spectacular
Wisteria, fragrant roses, and cherry
blossoms. This is a delightful space
to build fond memories.
To compliment your venue we have a range of
packages we can discuss to suit you and your day.
The cost below is for the hire of your chosen venue
and the Ceremony in the Baronial Hall.
