An optional web based reporting package enables remote access to system data. • Rugged load cells are completely sealed in a welded stainless steel housing specially designed to withstand the harsh rigors of poultry processing operations. They deliver advanced speed, precision and data communication capabilities. • Immunity from EMI interference enables load cells to eliminate any weighing inconsistencies coming from plant electrical noise. All relevant data from the load cell is transmitted directly to the B&R control processor for rapid analysis and selection criteria. • Accurate counting is assured via the use of laser technology for faster product detection prior to weighing – thus preventing “false weighs” from occurring. • An auto-tare feature ensures weighing accuracy by continuously updating the weigh belt tare weight to compensate for scrap buildup on the belt links. • Special proprietary “auto-zero” software fine-tunes weighing accuracy by automatically compensating for load cell drift, as well as any scrap buildup on the weigh deck.
