Objective
Design, construction, administration, operation and maintenance
of the offices for the Colombia´s attorney general – Cali
offices and the provision of connected services, through a
public-private partnership scheme.
Basic Concepts
Location: Areas of urban renovation raised by the zoning plan,
located in the zone known as the Global Centre of the city of
Cali.
Total project area: 56,545 sq mt
