Innovative Engineered Solutions Jetstream pioneered the use of valve cartridges to allow accessories to be repaired in the field in less than one minute. Worldwide, the UNx® pump design is still the simplest to maintain and operate. Nozzles that spin on a bearing of water. The UNx® Fluid End Advantage Unmatched for performance and flexibility! Simple & Dependable Swing-Down Manifold Uni-Valve™ Cartridge Patented UNx® fluid end technology is at the heart of every Jetstream waterjetting pump. Since 1988, this remarkably innovative family of fluid ends has provided thousands of plants and industrial cleaning contractors with the simplest and most flexible waterjetting pump available. The most valuable benefit of the UNx design is simplicity. Repairs can be completed quickly in the field, eliminating hours of downtime for service by specially trained mechanics. To tackle a variety of jobs with a single system, UNx fluid ends can be easily reconfigured on the jobsite to utilize higher pressure or flow. With the UNx, Jetstream provides the flexibility to tackle all jobs, the superior performance to optimize efficiency and productivity, and the reliability to minimize operating costs and downtime. • easy access to valves • weep holes indicate source of seal leaks • self-contained suction and discharge valve assembly • slip-fit for easy maintenance • in-line design minimizes turbulence Uni-Pak™ Plunger Packing Set Clamp-Style Plungers • one-piece packing • tapered for easy removal • water lubricated — no oil • specifically designed for the rigors associated with each operating pressure • clamp-on design for easy maintenance Serviceable Fewer parts ... faster servicing. Available in several sizes, rubber hoses are the most economical and easiest to manuever for pipe cleaning operations. Economical pipe cleaning nozzles for cleaning pipes from 1-3/16” to several feet in diameter. Highly flexible SteelBraid lances, with a Teflon core, are ideal for cleaning small tubes at pressures up to 10,000 psi. Automated Systems and Tools Automated and semi-automated system are a must for large jobs. In addition to higher productivity rates, powered systems provide the most consistent cleaning, reduce or eliminate operator fatigue, and increase operator safety. Sabertooth™ Rigid Lancing System A powered dual hose reel with self-rotating nozzles, the Sabertooth is ideal for cleaning evaporators or other vertical tube bundles. Because of its compact size and ease of assembly, it performs well in confined space or other applications that are difficult to reach with larger systems. • Cleans two tubes per stroke • Complete operator control of pressure and feed rate • 50’ stroke • 15,000 psi and 20,000 psi models available In contrast to devices that use a fixed nozzle and rotating flex lance, the Sabertooth is more reliable and economical to operate, and the variety of self-rotating nozzles that can be used offers greater versatility. With several configurations available, our rigid lancing systems offer the safest and most productive cleaning of heat exchanger tubes. • Operator easily controls pressure, feed, and lance positioning from a safe distance • Two, three, and four lance systems • Pneumatically or hydraulically controlled positioning and feed • Rotation can be powered or nozzle-driven • Operating pressures up to 40,000 psi • Stroke: 15’ to 60’ The Sabertooth makes quick work of 2,500 tubes, each 50’ long x 2” diameter, inside a power plant’s brine concentrator. Porta-Lance™ These hand-held tools allow quick setup for small tube bundles. Air-powered rotation allows the nozzle jet positions to be optimized for maximum cleaning power. Available in several sizes for pressures up to 40,000 psi. Rigid Lances SteelFlex™ Rigid lances are used for manual cleaning of straight tubes or with automated lancing systems to clean heat exchangers quickly and effectively. This Flexible steel tubing with a welded nozzle can clean tubes as small as 5/32” (nozzle shown actual size). Drilled Nozzles Foot Guns Thousands of unique styles, sizes, jet patterns, pressure and flow ratings precision drilled to best suit any job. Jetstream offers a wide selection of heavy-duty foot guns to provide the operator with safe and complete control of flow and pressure through the nozzle during manual cleaning operations.
