The Willmar Lakes Area Chamber is excited to introduce the 24th Annual Leadership Perspectives
Class. The class has 40 attendees who started their nine months of classes on September 18th and
will wrap up in May 2016. The classes that they have already had an opportunity to go through were
Individual Leadership & Team Building and Heritage & Diversity. Their upcoming classes will include
Government & Media, Health Human Service & Volunteerism, Law & Justice, Education, Industry &
Tourism, as well as Entrepreneurship & Opportunities. We hope to graduate all 40 students to be
leaders in our communities who are informed, dynamic, qualified and motivated. The Leadership
Perspective program is sponsored by the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber with financial support from
the City of Willmar, Kandiyohi County and the Mid-Minnesota Development Commission.
