Il Serprino è da sempre presente nella zona Colli
Euganei, un vitigno che ha segnato la storia.
Un tempo prodotto per essere consumato come un
vino bianco fermo, negli ultimi decenni era preferito
nella versione frizzante. Dal 2010 è possibile da
disciplimare di produzione la versione spumante. Da
allora la nostra azienda ha lavorato sodo per arrivare
ad avere una bollicina esclusiva “Colli Euganei” degna
di entrare a far parte della linea “Le mie selezioni”.
Degustando “Nico” rimarrete stupiti dalla
potenzialità di questo vitigno poco conosciuto e
quindi “solo per pochi”.

Max Cuvèe è stato ottenuto dalla scelta accurata
della particella di vigneto con le migliori uve, poi
trasformate con molte cure e attenzioni per fare
in modo che ognuno di voi assapori le sensazioni
di un grande PROSECCO MILLESIMATO.

PROSECCO SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY
Vino spumante ottenuto dalla vinificazione
dell’omonima uva. Nei colli Euganei prende il
nome di Serprino.
Ne nasce un vino spumante brioso fresco e
vivace, dal colore giallo paglierino, mentre il
suo perlage è fine e persistente.
Al palato è sapido, fragrante e fresco, i suoi
profumi, tipici della varietà, sono delicati e
leggermente aromatici.
Servito fresco, è un classico vino da aperitivo,
da gustare in compagnia.
Ottimo vino a tutto pasto: ideale con risotti e
piatti di carne, accompagna elegantemente
gustose pietanze di pesce.

PROSECCO SPARKLING WINE EXTRA DRY
Sparkling wine obtained from the vinification
of grapes with the same name (Prosecco or
Glera grapes). In the Euganean hills it is called
Serprino.
A sparkling wine is produced, cheerfull, fresh
and lively, straw yellow colour, with a fine and
lasting perlage.
It is tasty, fragrant and fresh by palate, its
perfumes, typical of variety, are exquisite and
lightly aromatic.
Served fresh, it is a classic cocktail wine, to be
enjoyed with friends.
Excellent wine for meals: ideal for risotto and
meat dishes, go elegantly with tasty fish
dishes.

Second fermentation in steel containers occurs according to the Italian Charmat

yeasts. The second fermentation then starts according to the Charmat method, at a
controlled temperature of 14r C in order to preserve the typical fragrances of the
original grapes. It lasts nearly 40 days. During this period carbon dioxide is released
naturally so that the wine becomes sparkling. The wine is then cold stabilized, filtered
and bottled.

wine is then cold stabilized at a temperature of -3° C for about a week and finally filtered

The long and valuable work of selection performed in the first years of '900 by prof. Luigi
Manzoni at the old School of Enology of Conegliano led to the cultivation of a series of
crosses, including this cross Manzoni 13.0.25. The curious acronym is tied to the
cataloging system in the field found in the notebooks of the professor. It is a cross
between the Raboso and Moscato.This is a sparkling wine that originates from grapes
grown in the Province of Treviso, in the Prosecco wine area, famous for its ​great wine
tradition. The skins of the grapes are subjected to a process of maceration with the must
that lasts for 24 hours. The sparkling process starts after the addition of selected yeasts
directly to the must. The resulting wine has the fresh and fragrant character of the
original grapes, a low alcohol content and a pleasantly sweet taste.
