Advantages and disadvantages
• Minus
– Due to matters of size, a professional organization
structure in the regions is not possible
– Technical infrastructure outdated (12 year old)
– Implementation of new developments not possible
– Infrastructure partially renewed (handling mobile
calls)
– Expensive

– Reliable

– Moving all calls to regional PSAP ’s (25)
– Moving all calls to one central PSAP

– Very expensive (implementation 25 times 5 million

– Professional organization (about 60 persons)
(fighting misuse, implementation of new
developments, new functionality)

– In case of a disaster all incoming lines will be
occupied by one location (looking for solution)
