Serves 1 pax What You’ll Need 250g curry gravy 120g yellow noodles 80g cut chicken 20g bean sprout 5g cut spring onion 4g fried shallot 2g tofu puffs (tauhu pok) 2g red chilli ½ piece boiled egg How To Cook 1. Blanch the yellow noodles for one minute, drain and pour it into a bowl. 2. Blanch the bean sprouts for 30 seconds and add to the bowl. 3. Scoop the gravy, chicken and tofu puffs (tauhu pok).
