• $20 million in hotel renovations—including a $3 million guest room renovation
completed in February 2015 and a $17 million renovation that included the new
lobby, new dining outlets, new guest and public bathrooms and remodeled
corridors, completed in May 2013.
• Approximately 25,000 square feet of function space, including 16 meeting
and banquet rooms, the 8,400-square-foot Symphony Ballroom and Executive

The Loews Vanderbilt Hotel features 25,000 sq. ft. of flexible function space, including
the 8,500 sq. ft. Symphony Ballroom which can accommodate groups up to 1,500.
The Green Room features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an elegant outdoor patio.

The Loews Vanderbilt Catering team will be more than happy to assist you with any
entertainment and décor needs in order to create just the right atmosphere for all of your
events. Your reception room includes floor-length cream or black tablecloths, dinner napkins,
