permission to ride the
school bus to attend the Nyack African American Day Parade, with the East Ramapo
Marching Band. I will be responsible for taking my child to meet the bus at Ramapo
High School and pick him/her up at Ramapo HS @ 4:30 p.m. lwill also provide all
concerning health information to the band director, Dr. Deborah Hodge, prior to their
leaving Ramapo High school. ln case of an emergency I have included all contact
numbers below.
