SECOND COLLECTION - AUGUST 13th & 14th
SCARBOROUGH FOREIGN MISSIONS (CATHOLIC MISSIONS IN CANADA)
On the weekend of August 13th & 14th, we will have a second collection in support of the Scarborough
Foreign Missions Society. The collection will fund the sacred efforts of Catholic priests, missionaries
and lay people in the society in promoting the Gospel in the lives of children, youth and
adults living in the remote mission areas in Canada.

Faithful Departed that will be held on August 17th, Wednesday, at 7:00 p.m. Cemetery locations and

REGISTRATION
The Parish Office is now accepting registrations for the Sacrament of First Holy Communion
(Grade 2) and the Sacrament of Confirmation (Grade 7). Please note that Candidates must attend Mass
regularly at Epiphany Church throughout the year to be eligible for registration. Confirmation registration
will be confirmed only by a personal meeting between the family and the Pastor.
Please register at the Parish Office.
During the day - Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed for lunch 1-2pm);
or Evenings
- Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm;
Weekends
- Saturday 10:30 am to 5:00 pm; Sunday 10:30 am to 1:00 pm
A copy of the candidate’s Baptism Certificate is required at the time of registration, together with a
fee of $45.00 which will be applied to cover expenses (class materials, retreat, gown, cross and other fees
throughout the year). No Registration will be accepted unless the above is provided.
(If the child was Baptized at Epiphany of Our Lord Parish, no baptismal certificate is required).
SUNDAY SCHOOL REGISTRATION: Parents of children in Public Schools, Grades 1 to 7.
If you wish your child to prepare for the Sacraments, please register your child for Sunday
School. There will be a two-year catechism program for these children.
(Sunday School will begin in September 18th after the 9:30 a.m. Mass)
PLEASE NOTE: To register your child for the Sacraments and for Sunday School, you must be a
registered parishioner at Epiphany of Our Lord Parish.
If you are not registered, please go to the parish office to complete a Parish Registration form and
pickup a box of donation envelopes to obtain your registration #.
