TO GET STARTED, BOOK YOUR TUXEDO RENTAL BY
FRIDAY JULY 5, 2014 BY FOLLOWING THESE SIMPLE STEPS.
1 Present the Phi Beta Sigma group number 5247870 to any
Men’s Wearhouse store near you. There, you will be measured
and fitted by a Formalwear Consultant. Payment will be
required in full at the time of booking.
2 Pick up your tuxedo at the Marriott Wardman Park hotel at
2660 Woodley Rd. NW in Washington, DC on Wednesday
or Thursday July 16–17, 2014. Look for the tuxedo pick up
room near the registration area.
3 Return your tuxedo to the Marriott Wardman Park hotel
by 2PM on Sunday July 20.

*Tuxedo rental reservations can be made in any Men’s Wearhouse store. Order must be
placed and fully paid July 5, 2014. Special Phi Beta Sigma member group number (5247870)
must be provided at time of reservation in order to take advantage of this special offer to
rent a white tuxedo dinner jacket package. Rental package includes white tuxedo dinner
jacket (or Joseph & Feiss white two-button jacket style #1191), black pants, white tuxedo
shirt, Bella Luna Horizon bow tie, stud and cuff links set, and shoes, and must be paid in
full at time of booking. Special price does not include mandatory damage and handling
fees, taxes, and other applicable fees. Offer may not be combined with other discounts
