In addition to these regular members, resource persons will be invited from relevant organization/agencies involved with disasters preparedness, response and early warning activities as appropriate. C.E.R.T is placed under Unit Keselamatan Negeri (UKN) The C.E.R.T Terms of Reference will be reviewed and revised as appropriate at least every two years. FUNCTIONING OF THE C.E.R.T The C.E.R.T group will meet on a monthly basis, and more frequently , if required, in times of known potential treats and during emergency situation. C.E.R.T will have an action-oriented character, and will utilize small thematic and/or working groups to help achieve its objectives. The working groups may adopt member(s) from outside the full member agencies where expertise and technical input is needed.
