regular members, resource persons will be invited
from relevant organization/agencies involved
with disasters preparedness, response and early
warning activities as appropriate.
C.E.R.T is placed under Unit Keselamatan Negeri
(UKN)
The C.E.R.T Terms of Reference will be reviewed
and revised as appropriate at least every two
years.
FUNCTIONING OF THE C.E.R.T
The C.E.R.T group will meet on a monthly basis, and
more frequently , if required, in times of known
potential treats and during emergency situation.
C.E.R.T will have an action-oriented character, and
will utilize small thematic and/or working groups to
help achieve its objectives.
The working groups may adopt member(s) from
outside the full member agencies where expertise and
technical input is needed.
