WIELKIEJ BRYTANII
Poznaj swoje prawa w razie aresztowania.
W razie aresztowania zostaniesz zabrany na posterunek policji, a tam zatrzymany
i przesłuchany w celi aresztu. Po wyjaśnieniach możesz zostać zwolniony lub
oskarżony o popełnienie przestępstwa.
Przebywając w areszcie masz zagwarantowane prawa i musisz poinformować funkcjonariusz policji, że chcesz skorzystać z :
-Bezpłatnej porady prawnej,
- Prawa poinformowania bliskich o twoim pobycie na posterunku, usługa także
bezpłatna,
- Bezpłatnej pomocy medycznej, jeżeli źle się czujesz,
- Prawa zapoznania się z przepisami, którymi kierują się policjanci tzw. Kodeksem
Postępowania „Codes of Practice”,
- Poprosić o pisemną informację na temat swoich praw np. na temat przerw na
jedzenie lub toaletę, masz prawo do tych informacji w swoim ojczystym języku,
możesz poprosić o tłumacza, który wyjaśni ci wątpliwości,
- Zostaniesz przeszukany, a twoje osobiste rzeczy zostaną zatrzymane przez oficera
policji na czas twojego pobytu w areszcie.
Jeżeli aresztowania dotyczy osoby poniżej 18 lat, policja musi próbować
skontaktować się z rodziną lub opiekunem prawnym osoby nieletniej.
Dorosły, tzn. rodzin, opiekun prawny, pracownik socjalny czy inna wyznaczona
dorosła osoba, muszą być obecne przy przeszukiwaniu i przesłuchaniu nieletniego.
Policja ma prawo przesłuchać cię w sprawie przestępstwa, o które jesteś podejrzany.
Masz prawo do milczenia, ale może to zaszkodzić potem twojej obronie w sądzie,
jeżeli np. powołasz się na fakty, o których nie wspomniałeś podczas przesłuchania.

2. Osoba zatrzymana musi otrzymać kopię informacji dla sądu o dowodach w
sprawie i uzasadnieniu dalszego zatrzymania.

oraz wymaga to zgody komisarza policji (Police Superintendent) lub sądu.
Po upływie 36 godzin tylko sąd może wydać zgodę na dalsze zatrzymanie przez
policję bez postawienia zarzutów.
Co jakiś czas starszy funkcjonariusz policji ma obowiązek rozpatrzyć sprawę, w
celu stwierdzenia, czy uzasadnione jest dalsze przetrzymywanie danej osoby na
posterunku policji. Procedura ta nosi nazwę przeglądu. Osoba zatrzymana ma prawo
wypowiedzieć się na temat tej decyzji, chyba że jej stan na to nie pozwala. Również
jej adwokat ma prawo wypowiedzenia się w sprawie tej decyzji w jej imieniu.
Policja podczas zatrzymania ma prawo do zrobienia fotografii, wzięcia odcisków palców, a także pobrania próbek do zbadania DNA ( np. włosów). Nie
muszą mieć na to twojej zgody.
Policja potrzebuje twojej zgody na pobranie próbek krwi lub moczu, a także na
badanie stomatologiczne. Pozwolenie na pobranie próbek krwi i moczu nie dotyczy, gdy chodzi o ustalenie zawartości alkoholu lub narkotyków. Raz pobrane
odcinki palców są przechowywane w kartotece policyjnej. Możesz usunąć te
dane z kartoteki pisząc w tej sprawie specjalne pismo do lokalnej policji.
Prawo do bezpłatnej pomocy prawnej.
Jeżeli funkcjonariusz przeprowadzający przegląd nie zwolni osoby zatrzymanej, jest
on zobowiązany do uzasadnienia decyzji i odnotowania jej w aktach osoby zatrzymanej.
Jeśli poprosi się o rozmowę z adwokatem, nie będzie to oznaczać, że zrobiło
się coś złego. Strażnik aresztu (Custody Officer) ma obowiązek zapytać osobę
zatrzymaną, czy chce ona zasięgnąć porady prawnej. Usługa ta jest bezpłatna.
Jeżeli zatrzymanie nie jest konieczne, osoba zatrzymana musi zostać zwolniona.
Jeżeli policja będzie chciała kontynuować dochodzenie w sprawie przestępstwa,
osoba zatrzymana może zostać zwolniona warunkowo.
Podczas pobytu na posterunku, policja musi umożliwić ci rozmowę z adwokatem bez względu na porę dnia czy nocy. Jeśli poprosi się o poradę prawną,
zazwyczaj policja nie ma prawa zadawać osobie zatrzymanej pytań, do czasu
aż miała ona możliwość porozmawiania z adwokatem.
Jeżeli policja zwróci się do sądu z wnioskiem o przedłużenie zatrzymania:
1. Osoba zatrzymana musi zostać doprowadzona do sądu na

Urzędu Obrony w Sprawach Karnych (Criminal Defence Service (CDS) Direct), poza
ograniczonymi wyjątkami, gdy adwokat powinien przyjść na posterunek policji, m.in.
w następujących przypadkach:
- policja chce zadać Panu/Pani pytania na temat przestępstwa lub przeprowadzić
procedurę identyfikacji przez świadka naocznego.
- potrzebujesz pomocy „upoważnionej osoby dorosłej”, czyli jesteś np. nieletni lub
ubezwłasnowolniony,
- nie jesteś w stanie porozumieć się przez telefon lub zarzucasz policji poważne
naruszenie obowiązków.
W przypadku, gdy bezpłatna porada prawna nie jest ograniczona do porady telefonicznej infolinii Urzędu Obrony w Sprawach Karnych (CDS Direct):
Możesz poprosić o rozmowę z adwokatem, którego znasz i nie będzie wymagana za
to opłata, jeśli zapewnia on usługi w ramach bezpłatnej pomocy prawnej (legal aid).
Jeśli nie znasz żadnego adwokata lub nie można skontaktować się z adwokatem,
którego znasz, masz prawo do rozmowy z adwokatem z urzędu (duty solicitor).
Usługa ta jest bezpłatna.
Adwokat z urzędu jest niezależny od policji.
Skorzystanie z pomocy tłumacza ustnego i uzyskanie tłumaczeń niektórych dokumentów:
Jeśli nie znasz lub nie rozumiesz języka angielskiego, policja zapewni pomoc osoby,
która posługuje się twoim językiem. Usługa ta jest bezpłatna. Jeżeli nie czujesz się
pewny, od razu proś o tłumacza, unikniesz nieporozumień,
W przypadku osób niesłyszących lub mających trudności z mówieniem, policja
zapewni pomoc angielskiego tłumacza brytyjskiego języka migowego. Jest to
bezpłatne.
Jeśli nie mówisz po angielsku lub nie rozumiesz tego języka, policja poprosi
tłumacza o wyjaśnienie ci przyczyn zatrzymania. Musi to nastąpić za każdym razem,
gdy policja podejmuje decyzję o zatrzymaniu w areszcie.
Po każdej decyzji o zatrzymaniu w areszcie i po postawieniu zarzutu popełnienia
przestępstwa, policja musi również wręczyć ci protokół w twoim języku, zawierający
informację, dlaczego cię zatrzymano oraz na temat wszelkich zarzucanych ci
przestępstw, chyba że wystąpią wyjątkowe przyczyny, aby tego nie robić.
Są one następujące:
Jeśli zadecydujesz, że nie potrzebujesz protokołu do celów swojej obrony, ponieważ
w pełni rozumiesz, co się dzieje oraz konsekwencje zrezygnowania z prawa do
protokołu i miałeś możliwość zwrócić się o pomoc adwokata w podjęciu decyzji.
Należy również wyrazić swoją zgodę na piśmie.

Podczas przesłuchania, jeśli policja nie dokonuje nagrania audio, tłumacz będzie
zapisywał pytania i odpowiedzi w twoim języku. Będzie możliwe sprawdzenie tego
zapisu, zanim podpiszesz, że jest to dokładny protokół z przesłuchania.
Jeśli chcesz złożyć zeznanie policji, tłumacz sporządzi jego kopię w twoim języku,
którą należy sprawdzić i podpisać jako prawidłową.
Kontakt z ambasadą lub konsulatem
Osoby, które nie są obywatelami brytyjskimi mają prawo poinformować policję, że

chcą skontaktować się z Wysoką Komisją, Ambasadą lub Konsulatem swojego
kraju w celu powiadomienia o miejscu swojego pobytu i przyczynie zatrzymania
na posterunku policji. Przedstawiciele tych instytucji mogą również złożyć poufną
wizytę osobie zatrzymanej lub zorganizować jej spotkanie z adwokatem.
Jeżeli nie jesteś zadowolony z postępowania policji podczas aresztowania
możesz złożyć skargę w Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC.).

Nowe opłaty sądowe wzbudzają sprzeciw środowiska prawniczego ponieważ są
tak skonstruowane, że zachęcają niewinnych ludzi do przyznania się do winy.
Protesty w sprawie nowych opłat, które zostały wprowadzany na początku tego
roku, wzmogły się po tym jak zanotowano wiele przypadków, w których ludzie nie
posiadający dużych dochodów byli zmuszeni do płacenia setek funtów za niewielkie wykroczenia – dodatkowo do grzywien.
Środowisko prawnicze twierdzi, że te opłaty są niesprawiedliwe i powodują to, że
wielu skazanych musi kraść, aby je uiścić.
Taka opłata może być nawet dziesięciokrotnie wyższa jeśli osoba skazana
twierdziła początkowo, że jest niewinna. Taki stan rzeczy powoduje, że osoby
niewinne mogą przyznawać się do winy, aby uniknąć tych zwiększonych opłat.
Nowe opłaty nie są dopasowane do wagi danego przestępstwa.
Taka opłata w sądzie magistrackim jest ustalona na 150 funtów jeśli dana osoba
przyzna się do winy, ale może wzrosnąć nawet do 1000 funtów jeśli dana osoba
zostanie skazana, a nie przyznała się do winy.
The charge is not means-tested or adjusted according to the seriousness of the
crime. In the magistrates’ court it is fixed at £150 if someone pleads guilty, but it
can rise to £1,000 if they are found guilty. For homeless and poor people who are
caught shoplifting it now means the courts are forced to impose the charge which
is often more than 100 times the value of what they took.

nowe opłaty sądowe są głęboko niesprawiedliwe. Magistraty i sędziowie powinni
osobiście ustalać wysokość takich opłat, dopasowując je do danego przypadku.
Należy zaufać sędziom, że będą podejmować prawidłowe decyzje.
Rzecznym Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości wydał oświadczenie mówiące, że:
“Decyzja,aby skazani ponosili koszty działalności sądów jest prawidłowa. Wprowadzenie tej opłaty sprawia, że koszty działania sądów są częściowo przenoszone
z podatników na osoby skazane.
“Opłaty mogą zostać rozłożone na raty jeśli osoba skazana nie jest w stanie
zapłacić jej w całości.”

mające na celu poznanie potrzeb klientów i takie dostosowanie strategii

Księgowy to osoba prowadząca rachunkowość firmy. Jego rolą jest gromadzenie

Dietetyk przygotowuje jadłospisy dla osób chorych lub zdrowych oraz udziela
porad z zakresu zdrowego żywienia. Posiada wiedzę na temat sposobów przygotowywania żywności, źródeł jej pochodzenia i doskonale zna właściwości
poszczególnych składników odżywczych. Potrafi zatem ocenić wpływ różnego
rodzaju produktów spożywczych na stan organizmu człowieka znajdującego się w
określonej sytuacji (choroba, ciąża, określony tryb życia, uprawianie sportu itp.).
Po ukończonej specjalizacji student może otworzyć własną działalność, na terenie
Anglii, w formie sklepu ze zdrową żywnością lub otworzyć punkt gastronomiczny
FIT , bar FIT, restaurację FIT.
Inżynier kontroli jakości
to specjalista odpowiedzialny za nadzór nad poszczególnymi etapami procesu
produkcyjnego, którego zadaniem jest jednocześnie zapobieganie wytwarzaniu
towarów o złej jakości. W zależności od zajmowanego stanowiska jego zakres
obowiązków zawodowych może być różny, chociaż można wymienić kilka wspólnych czynności, takich jak:
opracowywanie planów kontroli,
wydawanie zezwoleń na produkcję,
pilotowanie postępowań reklamacyjnych,
prowadzenie badań laboratoryjnych i dokumentowanie ich wyników.
Ponadto każdy specjalista pracujący w tym zawodzie powinien zbierać informacje
o obecnych potrzebach rynku w zakresie wymogów jakościowych wobec produktów, zgłoszonych patentach czy nowinkach technologicznych.
Winiarstwo i piwowarstwo
Wytwórca trunków – manager smaków
Obecnie w browarach osoba odpowiedzialna za produkcję piwa nosi tytuł
głównego piwowara. Główny piwowar sprawuje nadzór nad całym procesem
technologicznym produkcji piwa od warzenia przez fermentację do filtracji. Czuwa
również nad właściwym smakiem i jakością piwa. Poza piwowarami zawodowymi
pojęciem tym określa się również rzemieślników warzących piwo w niewielkich
ilościach. Po naszej specjalizacji inżynier może być zatrudniony także przy produkcji win oraz pełnić funkcję managera w wielkich winiarniach i rodzinnych Pubach

Polskie gangi upatrzyły sobie kradzieże płynu-żelu do rąk
w szpitalach w Londynie. Dziesiątki kradzieży doprowadziły
do co najmniej trzech zgonów od 2008 roku. W rozmowie
z BBC, polski migrant Bartłomiej opowiadał, jak stracił
1,5 litrów krwi w krwotoku spowodowanym przez picie
płynnego żelu do rąk, stosowanego w celu zapewnienia
higieny w szpitalach. Bartek opowiada: „Żyliśmy w różnych
miejscach, zawsze w pobliżu szpitali,„Nie trzeba tego żelu
kraść, bo jest powszechnie dostępny. Jeśli był tam dozownik to po prostu wypełnialiśmy pół filiżanki tego żelu i
mieszaliśmy go z wodą. Nie trzeba pić dużo, żeby się upić.
Straciłem kilku moich przyjaciół ” Koronerzy odnotowali trzy
zgony związane z piciem żelu od 2008 roku. Szpital St
Thomas, znajduje się w centrum Londynu, z pokojami i z
widokiem na Tamizę oraz Budynki Parlamentu i to właśnie
tutaj zanotowano największą liczbę przypadków kradzieży,
aż 29 przypadków kradzieży żelu w ciągu ostatnich trzech
lat. Co ciekawe w niektórych przypadkach kradzieży żelu
dochodziło do ataków i groźb na pielęgniarki. Słowa pani
Janice A. szefowej działu pielęgniarek opisują całą sprawę
mówiąc:
Nasza pielęgniarka została zaatakowane gdy mężczyzna
chciał zabrać żel do konsumpcji. Dr Sarah J. lekarz
GP, ostrzegł: „Te żele są bardzo toksyczne, mogą one
spowodować poważne stany zapalne wewnętrznych jelit. Te
płyny powodują zapalenie żołądka oraz żyły narażone są na

London hospitals in a bid to fuel their drinking habits. The
dozens of thefts have led to at least three deaths since
2008.
Speaking to the BBC, Polish migrant Bartlomiej told how
he lost 1.5-litres of blood in a haemorrhage caused by
his habit of drinking the liquid hand gel, used to ensure
hygiene on hospital property.“We lived in various places,
always nearby hospitals,” he said “We were squatting, or
we just illegally lived in houses or different accommodation. Those were the places we were binge drinking. It’s a
really simple life.”
“You don’t have to steal it because it’s widely available
– we’ve just been walking in with a plastic cup. If it was
manual dispenser we just filled a half of a cup of this spirit
gel and we mixed it with water, half-and-half. You don’t
need to drink a lot of it to get drunk.“I’ve lost a few of my
friends, the ones who drank Ace cider and hand wash
gel.” Coroners have recorded three deaths linked to the
hand gel since 2008, two who died of poisioning and a
third who drowned in a canal in Paddington after visiting
St Mary’s hospital.
Bartlomiej listed Charing Cross Hospital, King’s College
Hospital, North Middlesex Hospital, St George’s Hospital,
Lambeth Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital as among
the hospitals targeted by his gang.Freedom of Information requests have also uncovered cases at Barts Health
NHS Trust, London North West Healthcare NHS Trust,
Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals, Homerton

Parliament recorded the highest number of incidents:

Dr Sarah Jarvis, a leading GP, warned: “These alcohol gels are not made to be drunk. Therefore they will
have all sorts of things added to them which will be
very toxic. They can cause severe inflammation on
the inside of your gut.“This is going to be a particular
problem for alcoholics because they tend to have
inflammation on the stomach and they can have swollen veins inside their stomach, so they are much more
prone to bleeding. You can also get alcohol poisoning,
which can be fatal.”
An NHS England spokeswoman said: “In the interests
of patient safety, hospitals take a vigilant approach
to preventing infection. Hospitals have alcohol hand
wash to protect patients, the public and NHS staff,
and to support high standards of cleanliness.“We
would condemn any gangs or individuals targeting
hand gel for their own purposes which could put patients’ health wellbeing at risk.”
Some hospitals have begun trialling new products,
including foams, non-alcoholic gels and thicker gels
in an attempt to circumvent the problem. Others have
removed dispensers from some public areas, or have
installed lockable dispensers.
