Małgorzata – Płynnie porozumiewam się w języku angielskim. Klient zawsze ma
kontakt ze mną na wszystkich etapach postępowania, gdyż ja osobiście prowadzę
sprawę, zatem tłumacz nie jest potrzebny. Jeżeli chodzi o rozprawy w sądzie,
zawsze zależy nam na tym, aby klient nie musiał być obecny, gdyż niejednokrotnie
wiąże się to z utrudnieniami dla klienta, takimi jak wzięcie wolnego w pracy, czy
znalezienie opiekunki do dzieci. W wyjątkowych sytuacjach, sędzia może zechcieć
porozmawiać z moim klientem i wówczas nie mogę wystąpić w roli tłumacza, gdyż
będzie to tzw. konflikt intreresów, wtedy na Sali rozpraw obecny jest niezależny

3. Prawomocne i ostateczne orzeczenie o rozwodzie – wydanie przez Sąd

zaniedbane, często występujemy z cywilnym pozwem przeciwko policji czy
służbie więziennej. Pozwala to naszym klientom uzyskać zadośćuczynienie za
poniesione szkody materialne oraz cierpienia wywołane pozbawieniem wolności
i stresem, który się z tym wiąże, a także utratą dobrego imienia.

Małgorzata – To pytanie dotyczy trzech dziedzin prawa, którymi się zajmujemy,
i są to: prawo rodzinne, prawo spadkowe oraz kwestie odszkodowania, o które
mogą starać się dzieci (jeżeli nie są to osoby pełnoletnie, to ich prawni opiekunowie), za utracenie osoby najbliższej. Działa to również w odwrotnym kierunku,
otóż gdy dzieci giną w wypadku, rodzice na tej samej zasadzie mogą starać się
o odszkodowanie.

Małgorzata – W takiej sytuacji policja prowadzi śledztwo, a my równolegle
możemy starać się o odszkodowanie dla klienta. Większość ofiar pobicia nie
zdaje sobie sprawy z możliwościubiegania się o odszkodowanie za doznane
krzywdy. Organizacja wypłacająca odszkodowanie, to organizacja rządowa,
działająca niezależnie i może wypłacić odszkodowanie w przypadku, gdy
