To assemble, check to ensure that all
necessary parts are included. Please
follow the assembly instructions carefully.
Step One
1. Insert the handle into the base of the dolly.
2. Line up the holes and insert the M6 x 25
bolts. Tighten using a nut.
Step Two
1. Insert the “L” frame and a front leg into each
other.
2. Line up the two holes and using an M6 x 12.7
bolt thread into the holes.
3. Repeat steps 1 - 2 for opposite side.
Step Three
1. Attach the top basket by inserting the threaded posts at the rear of the basket into the rear
legs of the dolly.
2. Insert the side threaded posts on the front of
the basket into the front legs.
3. Tighten down using nuts.
Repeat steps 1 - 3 for the bottom basket.
Step Four
1. Insert M6 x 44.5 bolt into the hole on the top
of the “L” base and through the hole on the top
of the handle.
2. Tighten using a nut and repeat on other side.
Step Five
1. Insert the threaded ends on the bottom of the
saddle rack through the holes on the top of the
“L” frame.
2. Tighten all four using a washer and a nut.
3. Insert wheels onto the axle followed by a
washer and lock in place by inserting a cotter pin
into the hole in the axle.
