Patrice Vermette was nominated for an Oscar at the 82 Academy Awards Ceremony for his work on
“The Young Victoria”.

Over the past 21 years, Patrice Vermette has art directed over 570 television commercials in Canada and
abroad, 11feature films, and over 40 music videos. Some elements of his work on C.R.A.Z.Y. (including a full
scale rebuild of Zachary Beaulieu’s 1978 bedroom) have been showcased in an exhibit celebrating the 100
years of Quebec film making at the Museum of Civilisation in Québec City (avril 2006 / mai 2007).

Elements of his work on The Young Victoria have also been displayed in the exhibit De Fil en Aiguilles at Le
Musee de L’Amerique
. Francaise in Quebec City. (September 2012 – April 2013)
Outside of Canada, Patrice has filmed in Paris, London, Budapest, Tunisia, Morocco, South Africa, Argentina,
Brazil, Uruguay, Chili, Mexico and the United States.
