$MART MONEY PROGRAM
Over the past year, widespread support of the Smart Money
Program has declined. While we have some faithful customers, it is
not enough to make the program financially viable for our parish.
Therefore, we are phasing out the Smart Money Program. We will
sell out our current inventory but will not restock the gift cards.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this program.

PENTECOST 2016
Next weekend is Pentecost weekend, the birthday of
Mary, Mother of God Parish. It is a time to celebrate
the rich heritage of all the individual parishes that
came together to form one parish. We will do this by
a procession of national flags at the 11 am mass as
well as a reading of the Petitions in many languages on
Sunday, May 15th. This ceremony reflects where we
all came from, our roots!
COMMUNITY BLOOD DRIVE
There will be a community blood drive at St. Ann’s
Monastery & Shrine Basilica, 1233 St. Ann Street,
Scranton, on Sunday, May 22nd, 9am-2pm. The blood
drive is open to the public and walk-ins are welcome.
