EXHIBITOR GUIDE, IBERJOYA FOREVER DATES AND PLACE
OF CELEBRATION
Iberjoya Forever, 52° Exhibition of Jewelry, Silverware, Watchmaking, Gemstone, and Related
Industries and Services, will be celebrated in The Glass Pavilion, Exhibition Grounds of Casa de
Campo in Madrid the 24th, 25th, and 26th of September, 2016.
Exclusively professional.
HOW TO BE AN EXHIBITOR?
The contracting of space will be formalized by signing a contract that will be sent after
completing an Exhibitor Application Form that can be found on the trade fair website
www.iberjoyaforever.com.
The reservation will not be formalized until complete payment of the contracted space, until
this has been completed the organization can make use of the requested space.
In the case that the requesting company designates another entity for the invoicing, they
should specify this in the request.
The renunciation of the exhibitor implies the loss of all payments made until that moment.
PARTICIPATION FORMATS
Participation can be with a closed or open modular stand, facilitated by the organization, or of
free design. In the case of free design, the assembling companies should get in contact with the
organizer to know the specific rules and assembly regulations.
Furthermore, IBERJOYA FOREVER allocates a space promoted by the sector organisations to
craftsmen, designers and creative youngsters: JADE is +
SECURITY
Security: ¿Common safety deposit box or individual in each stand?
We will use a combined method for the exhibitor to choose, there will be a common place
and the exhibitor will be able, always that they desire, to leave the goods locked in their
stand, because the exhibition grounds will be supervised day and night, with extra
supervision at night, with various security filters that will exist from the entrance day until
the last exhibitor has left.
SPACES, PARTICIPATION TARIFFS AND MANDATORY SERVICES
These prices do not include I.V.A. (Value Added Tax) The minimum space that can be
contracted is 16m2.

Floor only 115€ / m2 (The assembling companies should get in contact with the
organizer to know the specific rules and assembly regulations).

Floor + open stand 130€ / m2. Each open stand will have a warehouse, a table,
three chairs and a display counter with a showcase.

Floor + closed stand 150€ / m2

For surfaces greater than 110m2, consult the organization.

JADE is + (At the end of this guide) Space promoted to craftsmen, designers and
young people. (It refers precisely to youngsters (Jóvenes), craftsmen (Artesanos),
and designers in Spain (Diseñadores en España) – JADE).
Contracting of these services is compulsory:



Promotion 350 €, ( no in the case of JADE is+)
Energy 4,60€/m2 (kw) for all the fair.
The Multifair insurance.- The insurance cover: For the assembly and disassembly
days and the celebration of the exhibition, against fire, lightening, explosion with a
minimum cover of 30.000 euros and of civil responsibility with a minimum cover
of 60.000 €.
POSTFAIR SERVICE: FOREVER IS + INCLUDED IN THE PRICES


Promoting the Iberjoya Forever exhibitors in Spain, Europe, USA, Latin America,
Asia, and Africa

Management of a Call Centre will act as an interactive purchaser-exhibitor
catalogue

Sectorial assessment and Import-Export information.

Marketing and alliances.

Voluntary register of operators complying with international rules.

Promotion of the jewelry and the craftsmanship in precious metals as a product
before the final consumer, to strengthen the commerce and the industry.
AWARDING/CHOICE OF SPACE IN IBERJOYA FOREVER

Only the companies that have registered before the 30th of May will have the
right to choose space in IBERJOYA FOREVER.

The IBERJOYA FOREVER team will contact the companies that have registered
in the days following the space allocation to define their space in the
Exhibition Hall following the criteria that is detailed below.



Exhibitors with companies in Spain: Before the 15th of June: Sign the contract
with the invoice. The first 50% of the total exhibition price will be charged
along with the issue of the invoice.
Foreign exhibitors without companies in Spain: Before the 15th of July: Sign
the contract with the invoice. The first 50% of the total exhibition price will be
charged along with the issue of the invoice.
Exhibitors with companies in Spain: The 30th of July, deadline to complete the
payment of the second 50% of the exhibition price.

Foreign exhibitors without companies in Spain: the 15th of August, deadline to
complete the payment of the second 50% of the exhibition price.

The remaining quantity will be charged apart from those that must pay in situ.
How will the space be awarded?
In the days after the 30th of May, IBERJOYA FOREVER will contact each company
registered, those that have contracted more space will choose first in respect to the other
exhibitors.
If there were a draw between two exhibitors that want the same space because they
have requested the same number of meters, the company that has exhibited with
IBERJOYA during more years will be catered for (only years are taken into account, not the
number of editions per year), in the case that there were a draw in meters and years, a
raffle will take place between the tied exhibitors.
Those that have been exhibitors in IBERJOYA, should send any proof that accredits this
via email before the 30th of May. Any accreditation that consists of a certificate of
companies or institutions that would have been in charge of the logistics of the pavilion or
the exhibition pavilions of IBERJOYA in the past will be rejected. The means of proof must
be objective; catalogue, invoice or means of a similar nature.
For the choice of space by an exhibitor, it is essential that the exhibitor application form
has been sent to us with the number of meters that the company wishes to contract
before the 30th of May. If the exhibitor is willing to extend their number of meters for
means of choosing space, this must be communicated by email before the 30 th of May
(under no circumstance will any exhibitor know the number of meters requested by other
exhibitors).
The exhibitors that register after the 30th of May do not have the right to choose space
that has already been awarded but the organisation will try, by the means at their
disposal, to satisfy demands with the space that, where appropriate, remains free.
In respect to those spaces that have not been paid, IBERJOYA FOREVER will have free
designation to offer them to the rest of the exhibitors, starting with those who have the
greatest right to choose.
In any case, in accordance with the rules of participation, IBERJOYA FOREVER reserves the
right to reclamation corresponding to those that have not completed the payment once
registered.
Summary of the requirements for the awarding of space:
1. To be registered before the 30th of May.
2. Prevalence of the highest number of meters requested by stand.
3. In the case of a draw, the exhibitor that has exhibited for more years (not editions)
in IBERJOYA will have preference.
4. In the case of a draw with the numbers of meters and the number of years of
exhibition, a raffle will be held between the exhibitors.
5. All the exhibitors that wish to take advantage of the number of years they have
exhibited with IBERJOYA should accredit by any objective means (company
certificates are not accepted) the number of years of exhibition. They must be
sent by email before the 30th of May.

The following segments of the jewellery, goldsmith, silversmith and watchmaking
sectors will be able to receive this space:



Creative youngsters
Entrepreneurs or craft companies
Designers of singular pieces
Due to professionals and entrepreneurs of jewellery, craftsmanship and watchmaking
being able to apply for these price advantages, IBERJOYA FOREVER has established a
definition for each one.
1) A young creator is considered to be an individual that wants to dedicate
themselves to the profession, they must have taken or finished a course in a
jewellery school or institution of a similar nature within the last four years, a
condition which must be accredited.
2) Entrepreneurs or craft companies with a microenterprise with less than five
people. For purposes of the exhibition in Iberjoya Forever, a craftsman is
considered as a natural or legal person whose economic activity of production or
transformation of the materials for jewellery, silverware or watchmaking satisfies
the following size and activity requirements:
a) Activity completed through a process in which the personal intervention
constitutes a predominant factor, obtaining an individual final result that does not
fit with industrial production, totally mechanised or in large series.
b) That the company must not have more than four people working within it.
3) Designers of singular pieces. For the purposes of the Iberjoya Forever exhibition
in the space JADE is +, a “designer of singular pieces” is considered as someone
who is an owner of an economic activity of design, production or transformation
of raw materials that they compose traditionally and usually an object of
jewellery, craftsmanship or watchmaking, the piece must always contain one or
several precious metals, and/or gems and/or natural precious stones, without
employees, and whose production satisfies the following characteristics:
a) No other identical design must have been made accessible to the public or
been registered, considering identical the designs whose characteristics differ only
in irrelevant details.
b) The general impression of the shapes of the piece must differ from the
general impression that would be produced by any sector professional or wellinformed user in the sense that the design has not been accessible to the public
apart from through its own designer that exhibits it in Iberjoya Forever.
c) The designer cannot incorporate a brand or other distinctive symbol
previously protected in Spain or out of Spain whose owner has the right, in virtue
of said protection, to prohibit the use of the symbol in the registered design.
d) Limited edition of pieces must exist so that a maximum of only 50 will be
produced in series.
JADE is + Prices and conditions
Creative youngsters 200€ + VAT. This price includes an open space without walls of one
square meter, an exhibition display cabinet, a chair or stool and the services Forever es +
during one year following the conclusion of the trade fair.
Energy and multifair insurance: *** see

505€ + VAT. This price includes an open space without walls of three square meters, an
exhibition display cabinet, two units of chair or stool and the services Forever es + during
one year following the conclusion of the trade fair.

exhibition display cabinets, two units of chair or stool and the services Forever es + during
one year following the conclusion of the trade fair.

Designers of singular pieces

exhibition display cabinets, two units of chair or stool and the services Forever es + during
one year following the conclusion of the trade fair.

1.390€ + VAT. This price includes an open modular stand of nine square meters and the
services Forever es + during one year following the conclusion of the trade fair.

The energy and the multifair insurance is not included in the price. Our team can
assess you with an estimation of the price of energy for the space occupied.

The multifair insurance. For craftsmen, designers with open companies, it is
possible that you already have an insurance policy, if you do not have the cover
that the law demands, you can consult our team who will advise on the correct
approach to obtain this cover from your insurance company for the days of the
fair and assembly and disassembly for the minimum cost. For young creators
without a company, you can go to any insurance company or contact us and we
will try to act on your behalf to obtain a competitive price. We will request an
insurance certificate.

The energy price, not included in the previous prices is 4,60 €/m2 (kw) for all the
fair.

The insurance cover: For the assembly and disassembly days and the celebration
of the exhibition, against fire, lightening, explosion with a minimum cover of
30.000 euros and of civil responsibility with a minimum cover of 60.000€.

Promotion and postfair services are included in the price.
