We are specialized for the construction of prototype molds in the
plastic parts segment, and we offer this service to our customers.
Our service begins with the design of suitable plastic parts, which work
well with the mold construction process. By using base forms, we are
able to deliver prototype parts series close to our customer’s original
material within a few days. We produce all cavities in steel, which means
larger quantities (up to 100.000 pieces) can be machined if the series
tool is not completed in time. The knowledge from this first series can
be evaluated and flowed into the next series tool.
Many customers use this service for the production of close to the series
plastic parts with the right plastic material in a short time. Therefore, all
tests and measurements are possible under real conditions.
We work with large parts up to 400 x400 mm with the “Alutooling procedure” from which the form plates can be manufactured quickly in the
material of aluminium. This special prototype mold concept can also
be used for the production of series parts with small annual quantities.
Considerable cost advantages arise from it in the production.

Mit der Spezialisierung auf den Bau von Prototypen-Werkzeugen für
Kunststoffteile bieten wir einen besonderen Service:
Unsere Leistung beginnt bei der werkzeuggerechten Gestaltung der
Prototypenteile, d.h. bei der Artikelkonstruktion. Durch die Verwendung
eigener Stammformen sind wir in der Lage, unseren Kunden seriennahe
Prototypenteile in Originalmaterial innerhalb von einigen Tagen zu liefern.
Da wir alle Formeinsätze in Stahl produzieren, können auch größere
Stückzahlen (bis zu 100.000 Stück) gespritzt werden, wenn z.B. das
Serienwerkzeug noch nicht fertig gestellt ist. Die Erkenntnisse aus dieser
Erstserie können ausgewertet werden und in das Serienwerkzeug mit
einfließen.
Viele Kunden nutzen diesen Service zur Herstellung seriennaher
Kunststoffteile in kurzer Zeit mit dem richtigen Kunststoff. Somit sind alle
Test- und Bemusterungen unter Realbedingungen möglich.
Für Großteile bis 400x400 mm arbeiten wir mit dem sogenannten
Alutooling-Verfahren, bei dem die Formplatten, wegen der sehr schnellen Bearbeitungsmöglichkeit, in Aluminium gefertigt werden. Dieses spezielle Stammformkonzept lässt sich auch zur Herstellung von Serienteilen
mit kleinen Jahresmengen ideal einsetzen. Dadurch entstehen erhebliche
Kostenvorteile in der Produktion.

We design the molds in cooperation with our customers. In our manufacturing department we analyze the best and most economic solution
to build your tools. With our state-of-the-art machinery, we are able to
convert this solution into a highly modern injection molding tool and to
sample the parts.
As part of our services, we also provide example parts, the sample
report of the primary parts, the casting parameters, and support in your
company.

Mit unserer Fehlmann-HSC-Fräsmaschine sind wir bestens gerüstet

We are equipped with large capacity of high end EDM machines.
All our facilities are equipped with a SI (surface integrity) generator, that
controls the thermal as well as the electrolytic effects of the EDM spark.
Because of this, the surface remains intact.
Another advantage is the production of technical parts. In this field we
use our APS (Advanced planning schedule) module for planning the
operations in order to achieve an adherence to our delivery dates.
Because of our permanent process optimisation we achieve a higher

Mit unseren 3- und 5-Achsfräsmaschinen sind wir der Spezialist in

Gussformen usw. inklusive Konstruktion und NC-Programmerstellung.
Durch unser langjähriges Know-how auf dem Schneidwerkzeugsektor
