Fahrwerk (''Landing Gear – MLG Side Brace Assembly – Inspection'')
Maßnahmen:
Detaillierte Informationen über die durchzuführenden Maßnahmen sind der oben genannten EASA-AD und der
oben genannten Technischen Mitteilung des Herstellers zu entnehmen.
Alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Abstellung des technischen Mangels müssen ordnungsgemäß, vollständig
und innerhalb der vorgesehen Fristen auf Basis der genannten Bezugsdokumente durchgeführt werden. Alle
Abweichungen von den Maßnahmen und Fristen dieser Lufttüchtigkeitsanweisung bedürfen der vorherigen
Zustimmung durch das Luftfahrt-Bundesamt.
Fristen:
Alle anzuwendenden Fristen sind der o. g. EASA-AD zu entnehmen.
Die Laufzeit aller anzuwendenden Fristen beginnt mit dem Datum der Inkraftsetzung der o. g. EASA-AD.
Durch die vorgenannten Mängel ist die Lufttüchtigkeit des Luftfahrtgerätes derart beeinträchtigt, daß es nach Ablauf der genannten Fristen
nur in Betrieb genommen werden darf, wenn die angeordneten Maßnahmen ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt worden sind. Im Interesse der
Sicherheit des Luftverkehrs, das in diesem Fall das Interesse des Adressaten am Aufschub der angeordneten Maßnahmen überwiegt, ist es
erforderlich, die sofortige Vollziehung dieser LTA anzuordnen.
Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung:
Gegen diese Verfügung kann innerhalb eines Monats nach Bekanntgabe Widerspruch eingelegt werden. Der Widerspruch ist schriftlich oder
zur Niederschrift beim Luftfahrt-Bundesamt, Hermann-Blenk-Str. 26, 38108 Braunschweig einzulegen.

requirements of that Airworthiness Directive unless otherwise agreed with the Authority of the State of Registry.

Landing Gear – MLG Side Brace Assembly – Inspection

Applicability:
328-100 and 328-300, all serial numbers
Reason:
During maintenance, parts of the Main Landing Gear (MLG) side brace
assembly have been found corroded, resulting in heavy operation of the MLG
system. To avoid heavy operation or improper function of the MLG system,
this Airworthiness Directive (AD) requires the inspection and, if necessary,
replacement or repair of the MLG side brace assembly.
Effective Date:
30 January 2007
Required as indicated, unless accomplished previously:
Compliance:
(a) Within 3 months after the effective date of this directive, inspect the MLG
side brace assembly in accordance with the instructions of 328 Support
Services GmbH Service Bulletin SB-328-32-476 Revision 1 (for 328-100)
or SB-328J-32-226 Revision 1 (for 328-300), as applicable;
(b) If any discrepancies are detected during the inspection as required by
paragraph (a) of this directive, before next flight, replace or repair the
MLG side brace assembly in accordance with the instructions of
Messier-Dowty Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) 32-11-12 (for
328-100), 32-11-84 or 32-11-86 (for 328-300), as applicable.

(c) Within 7 days after the inspection as required by paragraph (a) of this
directive, send a confirmation of the accomplishment of this inspection to
328 Support Services GmbH, address indicated in the ‘Remarks’ section
of this directive.

Ref. Publications:
(for 328-100); or SB-328J-32-226 Revision 1 (for 328-300), as applicable,
dated October 26, 2006, or later approved revisions.
1. If requested and appropriately substantiated the responsible EASA
manager for the related product has the authority to accept Alternative
Methods of Compliance (AMOCs) for this AD.
2. The required actions and the risk allowance have granted publication
and notification of an immediate AD, ruling out the public consultation
process.
