Brandschutztechnik
Fire protection technology
Vorbeugender Brandschutz gehört heute zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen an die Gebäudesicherheit. Unsere
Systeme entsprechen den Anforderungen in vollem Umfang
und sind natürlich halogenfrei sowie teilweise DIBt geprüft.
Preventative fire protection is one of most critical
requirements for building safety. Our systems satisfy these
requirements in every respect, whilst of course being
halogen-free and in some cases DIBt approved.
Die ThermoX®-Gehäuse sind speziell für Halogenleuchten
in gedämmten Hohldecken. Die Gehäuse verhindern eine
Berührung der bis zu 250°C
heißen Lampen mit brennbaren Materialien wie Holz,
Folien, Dämmstoffen, etc.
Die latente Brandgefahr
durch ungeschützt eingebaute Leuchten ist damit
beseitigt.
ThermoX® housings are specially designed for halogen
lamps in insulated hollow ceilings. The housings prevent
lamps, which can be as hot as 250°C, from contacting
combustible materials such as wood, foils, insulation
materials etc. This overcomes the latent fire risk from
installation of unprotected lights.
Der Einbau von Leuchten und Lautsprechern in F30 Decken
erfordert eine Abschottung, die der Brandbeanspruchung
genauso standhält wie die der gesamten Decke. Die KAISER
FlamoX®-Gehäuse entsprechen diesen Anforderungen. Sie
sind DIBt-geprüft, verhindern das Ausbreiten von Rauch

die bei Hitze sofort aufschäumt und die Einbauöffnung
sicher verschließt.
The installation of
lights and loudspeakers in F30
ceilings demands
partitioning to the
same standard of fire resistance as the overall ceiling itself.
KAISER FlamoX® housings satisfy this requirement. They
are DIBt-approved, prevent the spread of smoke and fire,
and thus protect escape routes and installation levels in
buildings. The housings incorporate a special fire retardant
coating, which in the presence of heat immediately
intumesces and reliably closes off the installation opening.

Das Erreichen der in der Energieeinsparverordnung
(EnEV) geforderten Verbrauchswerte an Primärenergie,
setzt unter anderem eine dichte Gebäudehülle voraus.
Das KAISER Sortiment bietet ein komplettes Programm
für die winddichte Elektro-Installation für Unterputz
sowie Hohlwand.
Das windichte Hohlwand System besteht aus verschiedenen Geräte- und Verbindungsdosen, Zubehör, Spezialwerkzeug sowie Luftdichtungsmanschetten für Rohr- und

Achievement of energy consumption values demanded by
the Energy Saving Regulations (EnEV) requires amongst
other things a leak-tight external shell
to the building. The KAISER product

comprises a variety of boxes for
