Pastor Appreciation Month
The Bible instructs us, Do not withhold good from those to
whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do so.
(Prov. 3:27) During the month of October you will have the opportunity to apply this verse. October is Pastor Appreciation
Month. We are encouraged to express appreciation to our pastors.
How can we do this? Here are a few suggestions.
Plan a recognition Sunday
Carry him and his wife out to eat
Share a word of appreciation
Pray for him
Buy him a book
Why do this?
We are commanded to
Appreciation lifts the spirit of the others
Expressing appreciation lifts your spirit
Recognition will motivate your pastor to work harder and do
an even better job.
