Holy Cow! You do not want to miss this raffle! Once again a Beefmaster heifer will be
raffled at the Holy Ghost Bazaar. This
beautiful live animal will be displayed during the bazaar, as
always, in front of the gym and the raffle will occur at the
same time the other bazaar raffles take place. For tickets

Baptism Classes
To have a baby baptized at Holy Ghost the parents and Godparents are required to attend a Baptism Preparation class. Our
next class will be next Sunday, September 11th at 6:30 in
Adult Education Room. It is required that you register for these
classes. Please call the rectory office at 713-668-0463.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
The Wednesday Night Bible Study invites you to join them
in prayerful reflections on the Bible. A new session begins
on September 14, 2016 in the Adult Education Room
at 7:00 pm. They will continue to meet every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. Topic to be announced next
week in bulletin. The Bible study group hopes to see you there.

GABRIEL PROJECT
DIAPER DRIVE
Saturday, September 10th, 2016, 5:00 p.m. mass, and, Sunday, September 11, 2016, after all masses. In this ministry we assist the moms who
chose giving birth to their babies and not aborting. With your donations
we are able to assist our pregnant moms in need, there are many in our
Community of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Donations, especially
diapers ranging from newborn up to size 6, including cash donations,
can be dropped off at the church office. Your help is greatly needed
for this ministry to continue helping our moms in need.

will be someone there all day

What we are not able to do is to

If the plants that you have are too large to bring in your
car, they are also too large for people to take home in
their cars.

just one month away. It hardly
seems like a year since we all came
together for our last Bazaar. This
year we continue with some long
time favorites: Games of Chance;
Bingo the Silent Auction and delicious good food.
The Bazaar is also home to some of the best
regional food available. We will have terrific
tacos, perfect pupusas, fantastic Funnel Cakes,
fulfilling fajitas, chilled beverages to make it
all go down easier. Our food is simply the best
because it is always made with love.

Solamente falta un mes para el
Bazar del 2016. Parece mentira
que ya hace un año desde que nos
reunimos para el pasado Bazar.
Como todos los años no faltarán
nuestros puestos favoritos. La
Cena de Barbacoa, Juegos, Bingo
y la Subasta. Y contaremos con
nuestras nuevas atracciones: El
laberinto, La ternera, los peluches, y muchos juegos para los
niños y los adultos, para que se diviertan a lo grande. Este año
junto con los traciones rides, tendremos un trencito. No se olviden el 1 y 2 de Octubre es la fecha en que será este gran evento
en nuestra parroquia.
Cada año tenemos una gran rifa con una variedad de premios
muy fabulosos. El precio de los tickets es $2.00 cada uno. 3
tickets por $5.00 o un libro de 6 por $10.00. Los Tickets los
pueden comprar en la oficina de la iglesia, la oficina de la escuela y también con miembros de nuestra parroquia.
El Bazar también es la casa de le mejor
comida regional: Tendremos los deliciosos tacos, las apetecibles pupusas, los
deliciosos Fannel Cakes, fajitas, bebidas
frías que nos tango nos gustan. Nuestra
comida es simplemente la mejor porque
sencillamente es elaborada con mucho
amor. No se olviden visitar la cafeteria
con sus deliciosos postres, en un ambiente
muy acogedor.
Estoy viendo que todos se diviertan y espero con todos nos unamos a tener un gran fin de semana. Juntos haremos del Bazar
2016 el super mejor de todos los tiempos.
