STEWARDSHIP
GOSPEL THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
In today’s Gospel, Jesus asks the rich young man to give
away all that he has in order to have treasure in heaven.
But he is unable to free himself from his possessions, and
so he goes sadly away. Does what I own keep me from
following Jesus?
Please remember in your prayers
Sean Termini & Kelly Degler;
and Linda Wilkinson & William
Frees; and Kaitlyn Sztukowski &
Todd Whiteman who will be
married at St. Benedict’s.
Altar flowers
this weekend in
memory of Alex Bisher by Larry &
Alexis Ryan; and the intention of
David Ryan.
GARDENER NEEDED to design and maintain the 2
large flower pots at the front door. They will be done for
the fall. Please contact Cecelia at 610-856-1394.
PRO-LIFE CORNER
It’s a nation gone mad. It seems that every
crackpot group with an agenda are making
claims to alleged rights and are being
granted their claims by the courts or by
Congress. The only legitimate Constitutional
right is the right to life and it is being
suppressed and attacked. “It is the right of
every pregnant women to give birth...and the right of
every child to be born”.
