This is always a great time of singing, learning, and laughing for the children of our congregation. UPCOMING EVENTS Tonight, October 19th, there will be a teen devotional at the home of Blake and Rebekah Jones. Sunday, November 2nd, Rainbow will be hosting the area wide youth devotional and our guest speaker that night will be Kyle Butt. Sunday, November 16th, Chris and Ann Mikle will be hosting a teen devotional at their home. It’s that time of year again! Our Trunk or Treat will be here (October 31st) before we know it. As always, your donation of candy is what makes this community outreach event possible. Let’s be bringing in those sweet treats. The candy donation box is in the main hallway. If for would prefer to make a financial contribution we will go purchase the candy for you. There are also several sign up sheets for various needs for Trunk or Treat in the main hallway. Rick Cranford has a spot on his lungs and is having tests done. Don Dover will be having surgery on his eyelids on October 23rd. Marilyn Gentry had a heart attack last Sunday and she is now at Gadsden Rehab. Herman McDonald had surgery and is now home recovering. Fred Colvett (father of Nancy Wallace) has shingles Nathan Geer received the results of the CT scan and will be having surgery at the Emery Hospital in Atlanta. Marry Williams (friend of Carrie Wallen) recently learned that her cancer has returned and spread to her lungs Selena du Toit (sister of Joyce Flynn) had a heart attack Barbara Watkins (sister of Joyce Kennedy) is having health problems Sheri Scott had a heart attack and is now home recovering Judy Eaton had knee surgery and is now recovering at home Roger Jackson (Nephew of Verlie Jackson) is very ill and in the ICU in Michigan. Sherry Cardwell (Sister of Marilyn Gentry) has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Alan Gentry continues to recover from his surgery Kristi Nguyen (great niece of Nola Hampton) is very sick Delle Turner (sister of Margaret Myer) has begun chemotherapy Glenda Fitz is undergoing chemotherapy Anna Udaka was diagnosed with Cancer that has a 85% cure rate.
