earning her Beginner Novice
‘BN’ title, went home to
Dottie and Bob in Florida…
!
This is what her family has to
say…..
Hoytt’s Chantilly Lace, aka Lacey ~ . We just brought Lacey home last
weekend and we are so delighted. She is a wonder dobe, whose
personality is as big as she is. My husband and I love her dearly.

Jack is so sweet we call him Brother Teresa.….
He doesn't look it but he is the friendliest ,
goofiest , most lovable Dobe we've ever had.

A TALE OF “HOYTT’S FIRST LADY OF DEFENSE” ELLIE……
Ellie LOVES to travel! She can’t wait to get into the
suv when her bed is in place. She always seems to
know when we are in familiar territory, as she is
eager to hang her head out the window and smell
the air.
!
As we travel a lot, we’ve often wondered how and if
Ellie would take over the protection role from her
Mom PJ. !
Recently, we were staying at a pet-friendly, upscale
hotel. As we were checking out, Mike and Ellie
were just outside the hotel lobby in the suv waiting
for me while I went inside to checkout. There was a
lady at the desk asking the clerk questions about
what to do in the area. The lady was reading some
brochures as she was walking out of the lobby and
wasn’t paying attention to where she was going.
!
The lady, still not paying attention, proceeded to
open the passenger door of our suv, get IN
the passenger seat, sit down and close the door.
Mike was shocked! Ellie was even more
shocked! Ellie looked at the lady,
thinking “you’re not my mommy!!!” and
growled a low and menacing sounding
growl!!! !
The lady screamed so loud that the desk
clerk and I heard her from inside the hotel
lobby! !
The lady quickly got out of the suv and ran
to her car! We got a really good laugh (I’m
sure the lady wasn’t laughing)…but, now
we know that Ellie will, indeed, be there
to protect her family!!

DIEGO ~
!
Greetings House of Hoytt''s friends and family from Diego and his dad Anthony.
Diego will be 6 years young in Nov. of 2016 and he has developed into an
excellent representation of what it means to every generation of the breed from
House of Hoytt's continued efforts to sustain a private bloodline. Their
knowledge and commitment to the breed shows in the many comments,
pictures and pride of ownership posted by so many families, mom's and dad's
that have adopted one or more of Hoytt's All American Bred Dobermans. My
pretty boy Diego is about 87 lbs. strong, healthy and lean with well defined
muscle. He is graceful, alert and loves attention but most of all he is a
companion; as well as protective of all he loves. His coat is so shiny that you
might want wear sun shades when walking him. (LOL). Here are a few pictures
with more to follow.

Gaia is competing in Barn Hunt and
has achieved her Novice Title “RATN"
!
Carol and Gaia have one leg in Open,
and will be competing this month for
that title!
