Es tut sich was bei POLI-FILM. In den letzten Jahren führte
die Gruppe eine Reihe von Innovationen durch mit dem klaren Ziel, Produktivität und Qualität noch weiter zu steigern,
und zwar in den beiden Geschäftseinheiten
Things are moving forward at POLI-FILM! In recent years the
POLI-FILM Group has worked on various innovations in
order to further enhance productivity and quality in both
business units, namely:

ORBITA-FILM und ORBITA-CAST

Oberflächenschutzfolien, die zunehmend auch in
innovativer und wesentlich rationellerer CoExtrusions-Technologie hergestellt werden.

Surface protection films, which focus on our cast
co-extrusion technology, present a significant
economic advantage.
POLI-FILM ist eine Inhaber geführte, mittelständische
Unternehmensgruppe, deren Erfolg auf starker
Kundenorientierung, hoher Flexibilität sowie auf engagierten und erfahrenen Mitarbeitern beruht.
POLI-FILM verfügt heute über 60 Film-Extruder mit einer
jährlichen Gesamtkapazität von über 110.000 Tonnen
sowie über sieben Beschichtungsanlagen, in denen
Schutzfolien auf Basis von Polyethylen an 3 Standorten hergestellt werden. Die gesamte Produktion ist ISO 9000 zertifiziert.

The POLI-FILM Group is a privately owned medium size
enterprise, whose success is based on a high degree of customer orientation, superior flexibility and highly motivated
and experienced employees.
Today POLI-FILM operates 60 polyethylene film extruders
with an annual capacity exceeding 110,000 tonnes. We
operate 7 coating lines in 3 locations worldwide in order
to produce a vast range of surface protection films. All facilities are ISO 9000 certified.

Innovative Technologie der Schutzfolien-Herstellung
An innovative technology to manufacture surface protection films
Die neue Co-Extrusions-Technologie stellt eine Revolution
der Schutzfolien-Herstellung dar. Typischerweise werden
Schutzfolien durch die Beschichtung von Folien mit
Klebstoffen hergestellt. Während dieser Prozess zwei
Arbeitsschritte erfordert, ist mit dem neuen Co-ExtrusionsGießverfahren nur ein Arbeitsgang erforderlich.
POLI-FILM entwickelte diese Innovation zusammen mit dem
Partner POLEG Plastic Industries, die über eine fundierte
Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Gießfolien-Herstellung verfügen. In Deutschland errichtete POLI-FILM eine drei Meter
breite Co-Extrusions-Anlage, welche heute als die modernste ihrer Art gilt. Das gemeinsame technologische Knowhow von POLI-FILM und POLEG bietet ein solides
Fundament für neue Produktentwicklungen und damit die
Basis für die Erfüllung der zukünftigen Anforderungen
unserer Kunden, die damit ihre Produktivität steigern und
ihre Kosten niedrig halten können.
Wesentliche Kundenanforderungen, welche bereits mit CoExtrusions-filmen gelöst wurden, beinhalten den Schutz von
Kunststoffplatten, Dekor-Schichtplatten sowie lackierten
Oberflächen mit hohen und mittleren Glanzgraden.
The new co-extrusion technology presents a revolution for
the manufacturing process of surface protection films.
Typically surface protection films are made by coating an
adhesive layer onto a raw film, which is a manufacturing
process that requires 2 basic steps. The co-extrusion process on the other hand, is a single step process. POLI-FILM
enhanced this technology together with our partner; POLEG
Plastic Industries, who are specialists in the field of cast
extrusion. In Germany, POLI-FILM invested in a 3-metre
wide co-extrusion facility, which is considered the most
advanced of it’s kind in the world. The joint technological
‘know-how’ of POLI-FILM and POLEG provides the basis for
new product development and thus the prerequisite to meet
our customer’s requirements, for further productivity gains
and cost optimisation.
Typical customer requirements that are already met by coextruded surface protection films include a vast range of
plastic sheets, decorative laminates, including painted surfaces with medium and high gloss levels.
The investments and the focus on increased resources in our
development department provide the basis to further implement our company motto:

Polyane is involved in the production of technical films since over 25 years.
During that period, the company has developed a real know-how concerning the
aspects of the polyethylene film backed with an excellent machinability.
Located in France (50 km from Lyon), Polyane is exporting 95 % of the technical
films.
Polyane is a regular supplier for the Poli-Film group.
The extrusion lines cover the wide range of widths necessary for the end users
and are solely dedicated to the production of technical films.
Polyane is also known for the agricultural films, like greenhouse covers, as well
as the builders films.
