Sinaloa Sinaloa is one of the most attractive places on earth for tourism investment and development, due to its geographical location, natural resources and infrastructure. The complex will be connected with interior water canals that connect the different areas, creating a true diversity of nautical environments showcasing open spaces and scenery. The development will also offer a theme park, shopping centers, administrative buildings, cruise ship docks, beach clubs and the entire infrastructure needed for civic activities and entertainment.
