sourdough loaf we make. You will be working at the flagship location. Guests eat at our Bakery & Cafe in Baker's Hall or shop for

Typical Schedule:
Shifts vary, you should expect to be scheduled 4-5 days per week. The bakery is open 7 days per week. You will be required to work
weekends and holidays. Your schedule will be assigned when you arrive and can change weekly.

paced and fun work environment.
The Service Clerk is the primary point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent service experience for our
customers by representing the brand positively; providing prompt service and quality products while maintaining a clean and
comfortable environment; and assisting in upholding all operational standards. This position direct interaction with customers. Duties
include but are not limited to: Cashiering Taking Guest Orders Following recipes in the kitchen Preparing Orders Cleaning Duties
Taking out trash Washing Dishes Cleaning the Bathrooms
Required Skills: This job prefers applicants with at least one season of experience as a J-1 Work/Travel student or other exchange
experience in the US. If you do not have previous J-1 Work/Travel experience you must have ADVANCED English in order to apply.
Knowledge of US currency a must.
Must be able to speak interact and listen 100% of the time. Must be capable of standing sitting bending twisting stooping and
stretching for eight hours at a time. Fast paced with extensive contact with people. Must be flexible and capable of responding to

changing priorities and duties. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. Must be able to stand on his/her feet 100% of the time. Must
be able to respond to changing priorities and duties and able to adjust to fluctuations of work pace and volume.
Exposure to restaurant equipment and cleaning products. Exposure to fluctuating temperatures ranging from 37° - 100° degrees.
Exposure to light to moderate volume of background noise.
Required Duties:
Please be able to work until the agreed upon end dated listed on your DS2019 form. The Host Company is requiring social security
number CARD and I-901 receipt of SEVIS fee paid in order to start. This means you must first apply for a card before you can begin
working. Knowledge of US currency a must. ADVANCED English is required due to customer interaction.
