The brain holds the key to mind and
behaviour, and so to most it has a ‘special’
status. Neuroscientists seek to determine
how brain function affects behaviour. The
law is concerned with regulating behaviour,
and so it is reasonable to ask whether and if
so how, neuroscience could, or should, inform
the law.

Informația este componenta fundamentală a existentei. Însăşi conştiinţa este o
forma de informaţie.
Informateria este principiul creativ,
care se exprimă în informaţiile profunde
conţinute în materie, cum ar fi sarcinile
electrice, leptonice, barionice, şarmul,
stranietatea etc.
Conştiinţa –formă de existenţă a
informaţiei fenomenologice cuprinsă în
profunzimile lumii materiale:
informateria şi lumatia care există şi
fiinţează una prin alta, dincolo de
nivelul cuatic, generând şi susţinând
universul în toate dimensiunile sale
fundamentale: materie, spaţiu, timp,

Se pare că unele persoane au o
legătură directă cu informateria
la nivelul minţii lor centrale. In
acest caz acestea pot explora,
umbla prin informaterie, având
asfel diferite posibilităţi.

originea chiar ân inima democrației- în
comportamentul majorității. Ar părea
nerealist să credem că, în cele câteva

Understanding the human mind in
biological terms has emerged as the
central challenge for science in the
twenty-first century. We want to
understand the biological nature of
perception, learning, memory,
thought, consciousness, and the
limits of. free will. That biologists
would be in a position to explore
these mental processes was
unthinkable even a few decades ago.
Until the middle of the twentieth
century, the idea that mind, the
most complex set of processes in
the universe, might yield its
deepest secrets to biological
analysis, and perhaps do this on
the molecular level, could not be
entertained seriously.
Computers are now powerful
enough to record the electrical
signals emanating from the brain
and partially decode them into a
familiar digital language. This
makes it possible for the brain to
directly interface with computers to
control any object around it.
Centuries from now, one can
imagine placing our entire neural
blueprint on a laser beams, which
will then sent into deep space,
perhaps the most convenient way
for our consciousness to explore the
stars.
Scientists are going even furthure,
by connecting the brain directly to
exoskeleton that these patient can
wear around their paralyzed limbs.
One day, our astronauts may even
explore the planets by mentally
controling mechanical surrogates
from the comfort of their living
rooms.
