- Thứ năm, 1-9-2016, sẽ có lễ hội dành cho
những người và gia đình thừa sai bác ái
trong đó cũng có phần âm nhạc dựa trên đời
sống của Mẹ Têrêsa Calcutta.
- Thứ sáu, 2-9, sẽ có các thánh lễ bằngnhiều
ngôn ngữ tại Vương cung thánh đường thánh Anastasia ở khu
Palatino, và tôn kính thánh tích. Ban chiều có buổi canh thức và
chầu Mình Thánh Chúa trọng thể tại Đền thờ thánh Gioan Laterano do ĐHY Giám quản Roma, Agostino Vallini, chủ sự.
- Sáng thứ bẩy, 3-9, có buổi tiếp kiến với bài huấn giáo của
ĐTC Phanxicô nhân dịp Ngày Năm Thánh của những người
hoạt động trong lãnh vực bác ái và từ thiện. Ban chiều cùng
ngày có buổi suy niệm và canh thức tại Đền thờ thánh André
della Valle, sau đó là nghi thức tôn kính thánh tích Mẹ Têrêsa và
thánh lễ.
- Sáng Chúa Nhật 4-9, ĐTC sẽ chủ sự lễ phong thánh cho Mẹ
Têrêsa và ban chiều các tín hữu có thể tôn kính thánh tích vị tân
Hiển thánh tại Đền thờ Thánh Gioan Laterano.
- Ngày thứ hai, 5-9, ĐHY Pietro Parolin, Quốc vụ khanh Tòa
thánh, sẽ chủ sự thánh lễ tạ ơn tại Đền thờ Thánh Phêrô và cũng
là lễ kính lần đầu tiên Thánh Têrêsa Calcutta. Các tín hữu có thể
tôn kính thánh tích của thánh nữ vào ban chiều cũng tại Đền thờ
thánh Gioan Laterano. Việc tôn kính này sẽ được tiếp tục ngày
hôm sau cũng tại Đền thờ này.
Sau cùng, trong hai ngày từ mùng 7 đến 8-8-2016, thánh tích
thánh nữ Têrêsa sẽ được tôn kính tại Nhà thờ thánh Gregorio
Cả, và có thể viếng phòng của thánh nữ tại tu viện cạnh thánh

Madre Teresa de Calcuta
Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu, la monja conocida en el mundo como la Madre Teresa de Calcuta, nació en 1910 de padres albaneses en aquella región conocida hoy como Macedonia. Como una de las Hermanas de Loreto, fue profesora y enseñó a niñas en las escuelas
de su comunidad religiosa en la India por veinte años. Pero en 1946, mientras viaja en
tren hacia las montañas, de pronto se dio cuenta que Dios la llamaba para algo más,
servir a los más pobres de los pobres.
En la ciudad de Calcuta, muchas personas desamparadas vivían y morían en las calles.
Un día la Hermana Teresa se encontró con una mujer moribunda tendida enfrente de un
hospital. Ella estuvo con la mujer hasta que esta murió. A partir de entonces, se dedicó al
cuidado de los más pobres de los pobres en la India. Ella fundó Nirmal Hriday (Corazón

một lần trong đời, với chuyến hành hương này con cảm nhận được 1 thân thể của Giáo Hội và học hỏi về ơn khiêm
nhường và lòng thương xót của Chúa. Đại hội giúp con biết kiên nhẫn và tập cho con được đi cùng Chúa qua tha nhân
và những người anh em trong Chúa Kitô đã giúp con và các bạn trong lúc khó khăn trong chuyến đi này. Con rất biết ơn

St. Barbara Parish School’s Transitional Kindergarteners enjoyed their first week at school. The 4-year olds
learned new songs, practiced their artistic skills, and made new friends! This year’s Class of 2026 made Hot Air
Balloons based on the Dr. Seuss story Oh! The Places You’ll Go! and went exploring spooky places in song. Due
to the number of students interested in the TK program, a 2nd TK has been added. Classes are filling quickly.
