2015 YES Club Scholarship Application
To recognize its YES Club members who have shown scholastic achievement and who are interested in
advancing their education, CODE Credit Union will award one $500 scholarship to a YES Club member who is
planning to attend college full-time beginning Fall 2015. Applications must be received by April 30, 2015.
