 Internship: Social Media Management Where: Germany / Cusco, Peru (Optional) Starting date: July, the 20th 2015 Length of internship: At least 12 weeks Requirements: Students or recent graduates of Social Media Management, Internet Marketing, Online Marketing, Marketing Management or related studies. Who we are: Creating Champions Peru is a young and dynamic private organization for social assistance based in Cusco, Peru. Our field of activity is professional sports. What we aim: Creating Champions Peru aims to give children in social and economic inequality a fair and real opportunity to let their dreams come true: becoming high performance athletes. What we do: Creating Champions Peru offers the children, starting at the age of 6 and 7 years old, different sport training programs, all of them designed in Germany and, then, carried out in Cusco, Peru. How we do: Since we don't have any financial support from the government neither other sources, volunteering is the heart and the power of our organization. Our sport programs are designed in Germany and then are implemented in Peru by German volunteers, among them, professional sport trainers, students related to sport studies, etc. who are also supported by local sport trainers. Tasks and The internship consists of designing, developing and implementing a Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Plan for our organization. Designing and developing stage: After having several interviews with our team members, the intern has to analyze our current situation in order to set, both, the general and specific Social Media Marketing Plan objectives. Then, the candidate has to develop strategies and tools in order to accomplish the objectives set previously. They occur for the optional items depending on the length of the stay in Peru and the requested weeks of Spanish lessons.
