Trellis Condominiums, San Diego, California
This urban project is comprised of two towers: an 11 story concrete tower on the east
end of the site, and a 6 story tower on the west, with retail space at street level and
a lanscaped terrace level joining the two towers. The development spans 240,000
square feet and includes 4 levels of underground parking.
Broadway Lofts, San Diego, California
This project consists of an extensive structural upgrade and renovations of an
existing 12 story building formerly known as the First National Bank Building.
The 108,605 square foot building includes 84 work/loft units with restaurant
and retail space on the ground level.

These two Mediterranean style condominium towers span 200,476 square feet and lie just across
from the Monte Lago Village on Lake Las Vegas, surrounded by a scenic golf course. The five and two
story buildings are post tension concrete with an EIFS skin and one level of subterranean parking. The
amenities include a large pool area, water features, outdoor fireplace and fitness center.
West Ocean Towers I & II, San Diego, California
The structure of this 21 and 31 story condominium project
is reinforced concrete with Low E glass and concrete on
exterior walls. The 676,612 square foot project features a
large rec deck above the 4-level parking structure.

ICON maintains the historic facade of the Carnation Building its industrial features are infused throughout the project. Constructed in 1927 and original home to the
Qualitee Dairy Products Company, the site was designated as a historical landmark by the City of San Diego in 1990. Ledcor developed 4 towers (ranging in size from 5
to 24 stories) over 3 levels of subterranean parking, and commercial retail space at ground level. The entire development spans more than 600,000 square feet.
