Our most valuable possession is our health.
Whether a healthy diet, plenty of movement outdoors, vitamin supplements or medical check-ups, we are willing to
turn to (almost) any way of ensuring we lead a long, fulfilled and, above all, healthy life. But there is something
we cannot influence, despite
choosing a healthy lifestyle,
and that is our genes. Which
risks do they harbour and do
we really want to identify
those risks? Genetic testing
has been offered by doctors
for some time now. A tiny
drop of saliva, or a hair follicle or a microscopically small
skin particle provide information about the building blocks that are our cells. Preventive examinations have long been offered by the healthcare system, so the path towards predictive genetics
diagnostics is not a long one. This involves examining a
healthy person for gene mutations that may induce illness
sooner or later in life. Despite evidence of an increased
risk of cancer, it is not necessarily the case that the illness
will manifest itself. At this point the limits of genetic diagnostics reveal themselves: if the results of the test make
it clear that mutations are present in the genes, this has
an enormous impact on the quality of life and the psyche
of those affected. This great burden is too much for some.
And even if the genetic test produces a satisfactory finding, that is by no means a guarantee of a long and healthy
life. A pinch of creation, a breath of destiny and a dab of
coincidence also play a decisive role in our lives. It’s not
just our DNA. But alongside the right to know there is also
the right not to know, for as Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
once said: »Doubt grows with knowledge.«

Das höchste Gut, das wir besitzen, ist unsere Gesundheit. Ob eine gesunde Ernährung, viel Bewegung im
Freien, Vitaminpräparate oder Vorsorgeuntersuchungen beim Arzt – um ein langes, erfülltes und vor allem
gesundes Leben zu führen, ist uns (fast) jedes Mittelchen recht. Doch es gibt etwas, das wir trotz eines
gesunden Lebensstils nicht beeinflussen können,
und das sind unsere Gene. Welche Gefahren
schlummern in unserem Erbgut – und möchten
wir diese Gefahren kennen? Schon längst sind
Gentests in der Medizin angekommen. Ein winziger Speicheltropfen, ein Haarfollikel oder eine
mikroskopisch kleine Hautschuppe geben Auskunft
über den Bausatz unserer Zellen. Seit jeher sind
Vorsorgeuntersuchungen Bestandteil des Gesundheitssystems und so ist der Weg zur prädiktiven
genetischen Diagnostik nicht weit. Diese impliziert die
Untersuchung eines gesunden Menschen auf Mutationen im Erbgut, die Krankheiten im weiteren Leben
induzieren können. Trotz dieser »Kann-Diagnosen«,
heißt das nicht, dass es zu einem Ausbruch der Krankheit kommen muss. Hier lassen sich die Grenzen der
Gendiagnostik erkennen: Sollte das Ergebnis des Tests
deutlich machen, dass Mutationen in den Genen vorhanden sind, schlägt sich das enorm auf die Lebensqualität und die Psyche der Betroffenen nieder. Dieser
großen Belastung hält vielleicht nicht jeder stand. Und
auch wenn der Gentest ein zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis
hervorbringt, ist das noch lange keine Garantie für ein
langes und gesundes Leben. Eine Prise Schöpfung, ein
Hauch Schicksal und ein Quäntchen Zufall sind neben
unserer DNA eben auch für unser Leben entscheidend.
Neben dem Recht auf Wissen existiert auch ein Recht
auf Nichtwissen, denn, wie Johann Wolfgang von Goethe einst sagte: »Mit dem Wissen wächst der Zweifel.«

El mayor bien que poseemos es nuestra salud. Sea
una alimentación sana, mucho ejercicio al aire libre,
preparados vitamínicos o revisiones médicas preventivas para tener una vida longeva, plena y, sobre todo
sana, nos vale (casi) cualquier método. Sin embargo,
hay algo en lo que no podemos influir, a pesar de llevar
un estilo de vida saludable, y eso son nuestros genes.
¿Qué peligros se esconden en nuestra herencia genética? y ¿queremos saberlo? Hace mucho tiempo que las
pruebas genéticas llegaron a la medicina. Una minúscula gota de saliva, un folículo capilar o una escama
microscópica de la piel sirven para obtener información
acerca de nuestra estructura celular. Desde entonces,
las revisiones médicas preventivas son parte sustancial del sistema de salud, lo cual además ha acortado
el camino para predecir el diagnóstico genético. Esto
implica el análisis de mutaciones en la herencia genética de personas sanas que pudiera dar lugar a inducir
enfermedades a lo largo de su vida, pero a pesar de
estos "diagnósticos conocedores", no se puede exceptuar la aparición de la enfermedad. Aquí es donde se
reconocen los límites del diagnóstico genético: si el
resultado de la prueba evidencia que existen mutaciones en los genes, ello puede tener consecuencias enormes en la calidad de vida y la mente del afectado. Esto
supone una gran carga que quizás no todos pueden
soportar, del mismo modo que un resultado positivo de
la prueba genética no es ninguna garantía de vida longeva y sana, ya que además de nuestro ADN, un poco
del universo, más una pizca de destino y un poquito
de casualidad también son factores determinantes en
nuestra vida. Así pues, además del derecho a saber
también existe el de no saber. Como dijo Johann Wolfgang von Goethe: "Con el conocimiento crece la duda".

Our joints have the function of creating a mobile
link between our bones. That is why the ends of
the bones are covered with a cartilaginous layer.
In between there is a viscous, elastic fluid containing hyaluronic acid and protecting the joint
from wear. When osteoarthritis sets in, the joint
fluid thins and can no longer fulfill its function.
What is more, there is "wear and tear" of the cartilage layer on the joint.
Synthetic, stabile hyaluronic acid
For some years, osteoarthritis has been treated
in many cases by way of a hyaluronic acid therapy, which replaces or tops up the joint fluids. The
hyaluronic acid is injected directly into the joint
cavity. The effect does not last for long, however, so that three to five injections are required.
Three years ago, in a German laboratory, a synthetic preparation was developed that was tested in the OTS Clinics Marbella/Torrox – the first
such in Spain where it was tested – and this has
now become the standard therapy. It is characterised by its high stability, so that only one treatment suffices and the effect is even better. Furthermore, in contrast to the production of animal
proteins, there are almost no side effects.

nicht mehr erfüllen. Zudem treten Abnutzungs- und Verschleißerscheinungen des Gelenkknorpels auf.
Synthetische, stabile Hyaloronsäure
Seit einigen Jahren wird Arthrose unter anderem mittels
einer Hyaloronsäure-Therapie behandelt, die die Gelenkflüssigkeiten ersetzt oder ergänzt. Vor drei Jahren wurde
ein synthetisches Präparat entwickelt, das in den OTS Clinics Marbella/Torrox als erster Klinik in Spanien überprüft
wurde und sich mittlerweile zur Standardtherapie entwickelt hat. Dieses zeichnet sich durch eine große Stabilität
aus, sodass lediglich eine einmalige Verabreichung mit
einem noch besseren Effekt genügt – und das, im Gegensatz zu der Herstellung aus tierischen Eiweißen, bei nahezu keinen Nebenwirkungen. Weitere Behandlungsmöglichkeiten bei Arthrose sind die Applikation von aus dem
Blut gewonnenen Wachstumsfaktoren (PRP) und hoffentlich in baldiger Zukunft auch die konsequente Anwendung
von aus den Fettzellen gewonnen Stammzellen.

Las articulaciones tienen la función de crear la conexión móvil entre los huesos. Para ello, los extremos
óseos están recubiertos con una capa de cartílagos.
Existe una zona intermedia que contiene un líquido elástico levemente viscoso que contiene ácidos
hialurónicos y que protege del desgaste articulatorio.
En el caso de una artrosis, el líquido de la articulación
va disminuyendo y deja de poder cumplir su función.
Además, aparecen signos de deterioro y desgaste en el cartílago de la articulación.
Ácidos hialurónicos sintéticos y estables
Desde hace algunos años se está realizando un
tratamiento contra la artrosis mediante una terapia
de ácidos hialurónicos que suple o complementa al
líquido articulatorio. Dichos ácidos hialurónicos se
inyectan directamente en la zona articular. El efecto
no era de larga duración, por lo que solía requerirse
de tres a cinco sesiones de inyecciones. Sin embargo, hace tres años un laboratorio alemán consiguió
desarrollar un preparado sintético que fue probado
por primera vez en la OTS Clinics Marbella/Torrox, la
primera clínica en España en realizarlo, y que desde
entonces se ha convertido en un tratamiento estandarizado. Ha demostrado ser altamente estable, de
manera que solo requiere una administración para

For nearly a year now, Mama's Bakery Lunch & Chill
has been offering its guests a very special atmosphere for coffee, cake, breakfast and lunch. Filling
snacks, sweet items, a high tea if you order in
advance, exclusive wine tastings, new main dishes
every day, but also a full 3-course menu await the
guest. Typically Dutch, German and Danish products
are used, meaning that guests from throughout the
world are surprised by the wide selection. Children
too will find just what they want. Pizza, spaghetti
bolognese or sweet pancakes will bowl them over.
And projects of all kinds take place. For example, in addition to selling decorative items, sewn
material hearts from the German actress Maike
Bollow are now available, proceeds from the sale of
which go to the »Flugkraft« campaign and the cancer organisation »Herzen gegen Schmerzen« (Hearts
against pain).

(ehemalige Bäckerei El Rosario) zu Kaffee, Kuchen, Frühstück oder Mittagessen in einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre ein. Herzhafte Snacks, süße Köstlichkeiten, ein
High Tea auf Vorbestellung, exklusive Weinproben, täglich wechselnde Tagesgerichte, aber auch ein komplettes 3-Gänge-Menü, erwarten den Gast. Dabei werden
typisch holländische, deutsche und dänische Produkte
verwendet, sodass die große Auswahl die Besucher aus
aller Welt überrascht. Und auch die Kleinen kommen
auf ihre Kosten: Pizza, Spaghetti Bolognese oder süße
Pfannkuchen lassen Kinderherzen höher schlagen.
Außerdem finden Projekte jeglicher Art statt. So
sind zum Beispiel neben dem Verkauf von Deko-Elementen ab sofort genähte Stoffherzen von der deutschen
Schauspielerin Maike Bollow erhältlich, die zugunsten
der Aktion »Flugkraft« und der Krebsorganisation »Herzen gegen Schmerzen« verkauft werden.

»The Fischer Group« organized a spectacular event at
Marbella’s municipal theatre – that’s right folks, we’re
talking about the one and only Juan de Juan and his
magnificent performance »Mi Tierra«, which is a combination of all the hard work and experience gained
over years of practice and shows all around the world,
as well as the undying flamenco passion in the artist’s
heart. The show itself was an unforgettable sight and
the crowd seemed to be on the same mindset, as they
all gave a standing ovation at the end. The after party
was held at the glamorous Da Bruno Sul Mare with the
company of delicious food, incredible drinks, soothing
music, and the smiles and laughter of all the guests.

The prestigious car house FImmoCarGallery
donated a Smart ForTwo car worth 13,000 euros for
the Lions Golf Championship in Marbella in March
2015. The car was officially given to the Lions Club
Marbella lengua Alemana by the owner Walter Fischer
in his exclusive showroom in San Pedro. The evening
was accompanied by live music, drinks, cocktails and
exquisite catering prepared and served by the restaurant Soliluna in Marbella which created a good atmosphere among the invited guests.
The president of the Lions, Tobias Heyden, thanked
Mr. Fischer for this extremely generous donation and
all the other sponsors who attended. Former director of the worldwide organization Lions International,
PID Luis Dominguez Calderon, was present with the
President of the Lions Club Mijas. In his acceptance
speech, he announced that the Lions International
Organization of the United States supported the Lions
Golf World Cup. All 1.5 million Lions members were
updated making Walter Fischer and FImmoCarGallery
and all the other sponsors known throughout the Lions
world across the globe. Thanks also went to the other
sponsors. The Lions Golf World Cup 2015 is a charity
tournament organized by Dr. Volker Bernhard, Lions
Club Marbella lengua Alemana and the Lions Club
Mijas with Luis Dominguez. The money goes to help
combat infectious childhood diseases. Together with
the Bill Gates Charity Organization, the International
Lions Foundation has set itself the goal of eradicating
these diseases.150 golfers have already registered for
the tournament but there are still a few places free for
those who want to be part of this great event at Villa
Padierna Golf Resort end of March 2015.

EIN CHRISTLICHER LIEDERSÄNGER IN MARBELLA
Im Restaurant Club de Golf Rio Real in Marbella gastierte Manfred Siebald bei Speisen
und Getränken zu einem Liederabend am 28. Februar
Konzerte
Jährlich gibt der Liedersänger etwa fünfzig nationale
und internationale Konzerte, in denen er sich mit verschiedenen akustischen Gitarren selbst begleitet. Für
seine Auslandsaufenthalte hat er auch ein englischsprachiges Programm entwickelt. Die Erlöse der
Liederabende spendet er an diakonische und missionarische Einrichtungen in Europa, Afrika, Asien und
Südamerika.
Der Liedersänger ist seit 1970 im gesamten deutschsprachigen Raum, aber auch gelegentlich interkontinental unterwegs und singt seine Lieder für den Alltag
des Glaubens.
Persönliches
Der 1948 als Sohn eines Reichsbahn-Inspektors in
Alheim-Baumbach geborene Liedermacher studierte
Anglistik und Germanistik. Nach dem Abschluss des
Zweiten Staatsexamens begann er eine akademische
Laufbahn und war von 2002 bis 2012 Professor im
Forschungs- und Lehrbereich für Amerikanistik an der
Mainzer Johannes Gutenberg-Universität. Dort ist er
mit seiner Frau, einer Ärztin, und einem Sohn in der
Evangelischen Auferstehungskirche zu Hause. Neben
selbst verfassten ca. 400 Liedtexten für sich und andere übersetzt Siebald auch englischsprachige Lieder und
ist zudem auch literarisch unterwegs.

Musikalischer Werdegang
Manfred Siebald erlernte schon ab dem Alter von acht
Jahren mehrere Instrumente, darunter auch Gitarre,
auf der er sich heute begleitet, und nahm auch
Unterricht in Harmonielehre und Gesang. Musikalisch
geprägt wurde er von Vertretern des französischen
Chansons und der amerikanischen Folkbewegung.
Siebald veröffentlicht schon seit den siebziger Jahren
Lieder. Viele der Titel auf seinen bislang erschienen 21
CDs haben einen festen Bestandteil in Liederbüchern
verschiedener Konfessionen und werden in Gemeinden
und Jugendgruppen gesungen.

Hasta ahora la determinación del
sucesor en caso de fallecimiento de un
extranjero, que tuviese su residencia
habitual en España, se determinaba por
el derecho de su nacionalidad, aunque
esto no se encontrase dispuesto en
ningún testamento…
Bisher wurde die Erbfolge ausländischer Staatsbürger, die ihren
gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsort in
Spanien hatten, nach Staatsa ngehörigkeitsrecht geregelt, auch wenn
dies in keinem Testament vorgesehen
war…
A partir del 17/8/2015 esto va a cambiar, porque
entra en vigor el nuevo Reglamento de la Unión Europea
número 650/2012 sobre la competencia, la ley aplicable,
el reconocimiento y la ejecución de las resoluciones, la
aceptación y la ejecución de los documentos públicos en
materia de sucesiones mortis causa y la creación de un
certificado sucesorio europeo.
A partir de la fecha mencionada se aplicará el
Derecho español y en su caso el Derecho foral para determinar quién es sucesor, si el causante mantenía su residencia habitual en España.
Por este motivo es necesario asesorar con el tiempo
suficiente sobre cuáles son las normas de aplicación en
materia de sucesiones en caso de que no se haya otorgado testamento. En la preparación de los testamentos
de residentes extranjeros, debería tenerse en cuenta las
especialidades del derecho español.
En el reglamento se determina un único derecho aplicable a toda la herencia, independiente del patrimonio y
del lugar en el que se encuentra. Por tanto, El reglamento
lo que intenta es fijar un principio de unidad.
No obstante, habrá que estar atento en algunos casos en los que el testamento que no haya sido

tritt die VO (EU) Nr. 650/2012 über die Zuständigkeit,
das anzuwendende Recht, die Anerkennung und Vollstreckung von Entscheidungen und die Annahme und
Vollstreckung öffentlicher Urkunden in Erbsachen sowie
zur Einführung eines Europäischen Nachlasszeugnisses
(ErbRVO) in Kraft. Ab dem genannten Datum wird spanisches Recht und ggf. das regionale Foralrecht auf die
Erbfolge angewendet, wenn Spanien der gewöhnliche
Aufenthaltsort des Erblassers ist. Aus diesem Grund
sollte dieser Personenkreis rechtzeitig darüber beraten
werden, welche gesetzlichen Regelungen der Erbfolge
im Einzelfall zur Anwendung kommen, sofern kein Testament vorhanden ist. Bei einer Testamentserstellung unter
ausländischen Staatsangehörigen sollten die Besonderheiten spanischen Rechts beachtet werden.
In der ErbRVO wird ein einziges, auf die Gesamtheit
des Nachlasses anwendbares Recht festgelegt (Einheitsprinzip), unabhängig von der Art und Beschaffenheit des
Vermögens und des Ortes, wo sich dieses befindet. Dennoch wird man in den Fällen achtgeben müssen, in denen
das nicht in Spanien erstellte Testament dem spanischen
Recht unbekannte Möglichkeiten der Ausgestaltung der

otorgado en España contemple posibilidades que en
España nuestro derecho no conozca. Por ejemplo en países como Alemania, se dá mucho la figura de la sucesión
fideicomisaria, que nuestro derecho no contempla y crea
dificultades de interpretación en numerosos casos en la
inscripción. Tampoco existe en el Derecho español el testamento conjunto del matrimonio con efectos vinculantes.
Es cierto que el conocido en Alemania como "Berliner
Testament" es de aplicación total en España, pero en la
práctica surgen al menos hasta ahora, algunos problemas
para aplicar estas figuras jurídicas, salvo que los notarios
y registradores intervinientes, tengan alguna experiencia
con ellas. Otro problema importante del sistema jurídico
español es su complejidad, dado que en un solo estado
nos encontramos con distintas legislaciones autonómicas. Para evitar este problema el reglamento establece
que los estados en los que haya distintas normativas,
se establezca cuál es la aplicable de conformidad con su
legislación interna. No obstante, nos encontramos que
en España existe una laguna legal, dado que no encontramos una norma que solucione el caso del conflicto
normativo.
El conflicto entre normas se regula en el artículo
16 del Código civil. De acuerdo con este no es la nacionalidad, sino el lugar en el que se reside, la condición
determinante. En caso de extranjeros resulta un problema
claro. La legislación no contempla en la antigua regulación, aún vigente, la residencia habitual. De acuerdo con el
artículo 12 del Código civil la calificación para determinar
la norma de conflicto aplicable será siempre con arreglo
a la Ley española y continua diciendo que cuando una
norma de conflicto remita a la legislación de un estado en
el que coexistan diferentes sistemas legislativos, la determinación del que sea aplicable entre ellos, se hará conforme a la legislación de dicho estado. Por este motivo se
ha indicado desde la Unión Europea al legislador español
la necesidad de promulgar una ley que ofrezca una solución a esta situación.
El artículo 36 del reglamento remite a las

deutsches Testament auch in Spanien volle Rechtskraft,
aber in der Praxis traten zumindest bislang immer wieder
Probleme bei der Durchsetzung auf.
Eine weitere Problematik des spanischen Rechtssystems ist dessen Komplexität, da es sich um einen Staat
mit mehreren Rechtsordnungen handelt. Zur Bewältigung dieser Problematik legt die Verordnung fest, dass in
Staaten mit verschiedenen Rechtsordnungen das Gesetz
in Konformität mit seinen internen Normen angewendet
wird. Allerdings gibt es in Spanien eine Gesetzeslücke,
denn es ist kein selbstständiges gesetzliches System der
internen Konfliktlösung vorgesehen. Dieser beschriebene

como se debe actuar en los casos de lagunas o conflictos.
Puede ocurrir, por ejemplo que la residencia habitual en el
momento de la muerte o la norma de unidad de territorio,
al que el causante se encontraba más sujeto, determinen
la norma a aplicar.
Para los numerosos extranjeros que viven actualmente en España, este reglamento es de gran importancia y
habría que determinar qué entendemos por residencia
habitual. Desde el punto de vista español la residencia
habitual se aplicaría a las personas que conocemos como
residentes en España a efectos fiscales. Esto es a aquellas personas que viven más de 183 días al año en España, de acuerdo con el artículo 8 de la Ley del Impuesto
sobre la Renta de las Personas físicas. Las diferencias de
la nueva situación para un ciudadano extranjero pueden
ofrecer nuevas posibilidades, pero también problemas.
Los problemas vendrán probablemente en el caso de la
aplicación de derechos forales que de acuerdo con al artículo 38 del reglamento sigue siendo aplicable. De esta
manera las viudas que residan en Navarra heredarán el
usufructo legal de fidelidad. Esto significa que a la viuda
sólo le quedará el usufructo, y ello en el caso de que no
vuelva a contraer matrimonio. En caso de que algún extranjero quiere evitar esta situación, si vive en Navarra,
debe otorgar un testamento ante notario de acuerdo con
las leyes de su país de origen.

Konflikt wird gemäß Art. 16 Código Civil gelöst; danach
ist nicht die Staatsangehörigkeit, sondern die zivilrechtliche Gebietszugehörigkeit maßgebend. Für Ausländer
stellt dies ein Problem dar, da sie in der Regel keine zivilrechtliche Gebietszugehörigkeit aufweisen. Gemäß Art.
12 CC wird die Anwendung der Bestimmungen hinsichtlich der Zuordnung, der Weiterleitung und der Ausnahmeregelung der öffentlichen Ordnung ausgeschlossen.
Aus diesem Grund wurde der spanische Gesetzgeber auf
die Notwendigkeit hingewiesen, ein Gesetz zu erlassen,
das für diese Situation eine Lösung bietet.
Der Art. 36 ErbRVO verweist auf die internen Richtlinien des Staates, zeigt jedoch an, wie in Ermangelung
solcher Richtlinien zur Bestimmung des anwendbaren
Rechts vorzugehen ist. Es kann z.B. der reguläre Wohnsitz zum Zeitpunkt des Ablebens oder die Gebietseinheit,
zu der der Verstorbene die engste Beziehung pflegte, den
Ausschlag geben. Für alle zurzeit in Spanien lebenden
Ausländer ist diese Verordnung von großer Bedeutung,
denn fraglich ist, was für sie unter dem »gewöhnlichen
Aufenthalt« zu verstehen ist. Aus spanischer Sicht würde
man darunter einen regulären Wohnsitz verstehen, wenn
die Person einen längeren Zeitraum als »residente« in
Spanien steuerpflichtig ist. Dies ist bei einem durchgehenden Aufenthalt in Spanien von mindestens 183 Tagen
im Jahr der Fall (Art. 8 und 9 Abs. 1 span EStG – Ley del
impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas – LIRPF).
Die Unterschiede des Erbstatuts in anderen Ländern
und in Spanien können für einen deutschen Staatsbürger sowohl Chancen bieten als auch Probleme mit sich
bringen. Probleme entstehen vor allem dann, wenn
Foralrechte zur Anwendung kommen, was gem. Art. 38
ErbRVO auch weiterhin möglich ist. So gilt für Witwen
in Navarra das »mittelalterliche« Nießbrauchsrecht der
Treue. Dies bedeutet, dass der Witwe nur ein Nießbrauch zusteht, wenn sie sich nicht wieder verheiratet.
Will eine deutsche Staatsbürgerin dem vorbeugen, sollte
sie ein notarielles Testament unter Anwendung deutschen Rechts abfassen.

…and so the oceanic sea breeze also influences the
marvellously moderate climate in what may be Europe's
oldest city. The students meet for a cortado coffee in one
of the cafeterias, beach promenaders can walk themselves sore along the many kilometres of sandy beaches
and everywhere the city is adorned by palms, jasmine,
oleander and fig trees. The Phoenicians, Carthaginians,
Romans, Western Goths and Moors already knew why
they settled in the important trading centre. The Castilian
King Alfonso X finally conquered Cádiz on 14 September
1262 once and for all and even managed to resist the
efforts of the British to conquer the city, who were interested in Cádiz because of the connection to America. Today
a half-excavated and restored Roman theatre still recalls

einen Cortado in einer der Cafeterías, Strandflanierer
können sich die Füße auf den kilometerlangen feinen Sandstränden wund laufen und überall wird das
Stadtbild von Palmen, Jasmin, Oleander und Feigenbäumen geprägt. Die Phönizier, Karthager, Römer,
Westgoten und Mauren wussten schon, warum sie
sich in der bedeutenden Handelsstadt niederließen.
Der kastilische König Alfons X. eroberte Cádiz schließlich am 14.09.1262 ein für alle Mal und hielt selbst
den Eroberungsbemühungen seitens der Engländer
stand, die sich aufgrund der Amerika-Verbindung stark
für Cádiz interressierten. Heute erinnert ein zur Hälfte
ausgegrabenes und restauriertes römisches Theater
noch an die Kaiserzeit, in der Cádiz zu den reichsten
Städten des Römischen Reiches zählte.
Die über 3.000 Jahre Geschichte der von touristischen Massenströmen noch nicht überrannten Perle
am Atlantik wird von ihren Bewohnern, den Gaditanos, in Ehren gehalten. Alles scheint hier etwas entspannter zu sein als anderswo. Die erste spanische
Verfassung (17. Jahrhundert) wurde im Oratorium
San Felipe Neri festgeschrieben. Die Catedral Nueva
am Paseo Marítimo im barock-klassizistischen Stil ist
mit ihrer goldenen Kuppel ebenso ein Hingucker wie
die »alte Kathedrale«, die Catedral Vieja de Cádiz oder
auch Iglesia de Santa Cruz mit ihren Grundmauern aus

The over 3,000 years of history of this pearl on the
Atlantic, which is not yet overrun by masses of tourists, is
respected by its citizens, the Gaditanos. Here everything
seems rather more relaxed than elsewhere. The first Spanish Constitution (17th century) was hammered out in the
Oratory of San Felipe Neri, the Catedral Nueva on the
Paseo Marítimo in the baroque-classicist style is a real eyecatcher with its golden dome as are the "old cathedral", the
Catedral Vieja de Cádiz or the Iglesia de Santa Cruz with its
foundation walls from the 13th century. If you want to enjoy
an especially good view of the city, why not climb the 200
steps of the centuries-old Torre Tavira watchtower. Another

Chorizo, Jamón, Paletilla, Salchicón, Lomo, Lomito
etc. haben, dazu ein stadttypischer Fino (Sherry) und
der Genuss ist perfekt. Zum feinen Dinner am Abend
empfiehlt sich der Gang ins El Faro in der Calle St.
Félix, eine der besten Adressen der Stadt. Probieren
Sie Seehecht in Salzkruste oder eine gegrillte Iberische Presa mit Mango und Apfel-Chutney. Besondere
Nascherei des Hauses: Flan de Naranja con Piña al
Coco y Ron.
Zur Ruhe kommt man mit einem Blick auf einen
der sehenswertesten Schätze der Stadt im Hotel Catedral. Selbst vom Rooftop-Pool schaut man quasi in die
Kirche hinein.

The ball should fly extremely high and with a
lot of spin! After landing, it will stop very
quickly! The ball position is very forward
in the tee. The body weight and also the hands
are well behind the ball (see photo). The club face
should swing through aggressively under the ball.
Only use this stroke: after a lot of training … it is a
very hard one to play! This stroke is a true work of
art in motion!
Dieser Spezialschlag wird mit einem (60/56 Grad
Wedge) durchgeführt. Der Ball soll extrem hoch und
mit viel Spin fliegen! Nach der Landung wird er sehr
schnell stoppen! Die Ballposition liegt weit vorne im
Stand. Das Körpergewicht und auch die Hände sind
weit hinter dem Ball (s. Foto). Das Schlägerblatt sollte
aggressiv unter dem Ball durchschwingen. Benutzen
Sie diesen Schlag nur nach viel Training ... er ist sehr
schwer zu spielen! Es handelt sich hierbei um einen
echten »Kunstschlag«!
